| The sports competition state anger for middle school students had been researched by using the methods of literature,logic analysis,qualitative,psychological measurement,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.Firstly,the connotation and denotation factors of the sports competition state anger for middle school students were ascertained by interpretative phenomenological analysis.And then,the theory of sports competition state anger for middle school students was preliminarily constructed.Secondly,status analysis of sports competition state anger for middle school students were analyzed by using the scale of sports competition state anger for middle school students was developed by used the method of psychological measurement.Thirdly,three structure models of the sports competition state anger for middle school students were verified,and the theory of sports competition state anger cognitive evaluation-reaction for middle school students was proposed to explain the generating process of sports competition state anger for middle school students.Finally,the sports competition state anger management strategies and methods for middle school students were puts forwarded.The significances of the study were that,in the aspect of theory,it could construct and perfect the theories of sports competition anger,in order to insight into the nature and occurrence mechanism of sports competition state anger.It also could conduce to rich and extend anger theories and emotion researches.In addition,in the aspect of practice,it could provide an effective assessment instrument,help middle school students correctly understand and management their anger in sports competition,improve their ability of anger management,help them to promote their sport performance and competition results,and to avoid or reduce the occurrence of the aggression and violence events.The conclusion as follows:1.The conception of the sports competition state anger for middle school students is a negative emotional reaction of middle school students was stimulated by some factors in sports competition situation,under the cognitive evaluation,it was often accompanied by different ways of express anger.It consists of four factors,there are anger stressors,anger cognitive evaluation,anger reaction and anger expression.The anger stressors include invaded and impeded,the anger cognitive evaluation contain hostile attribution,dependent capital and blame on others,the anger reaction consist of physiological reaction and psychological reaction,and the anger expression is comprised of anger-out,anger-in or anger control.2.The scale of sports competition state anger for middle school students consist of four subscales,there are anger stressors subscale,anger cognitive evaluation subscale,anger reaction subscale and anger expression subscale.The total scale and its subscales all have good reliability and good reliability,could be used as effective assessment instruments.3.The sports competition state anger for middle school students had no significant differences in gender,but in grade,sports competition’ level and program it existed significant differences.On the different factors,the differences may different.4.The major influencing factors of the sports competition state anger for middle school students consist of invaded,impeded and competition situation.The secondary influencing factors include poor performance,bad mood before the competition and personality type.The general impact factors contain adverse competition environment,bad competition state,inadequate capacity,weak emotion regulation ability,low frustration tolerance,want to win but afraid of losing,hostile attribution,family environment,instrument equipment shortages and social environment.5.The theory of sports competition state anger cognitive evaluationreaction for middle school students consider that,the anger stressors could affects anger expression through the mediating effects of anger cognitive evaluation and anger reaction.6.The management of the sports competition state anger for middle school students is refers to the middle school students actively take the appropriate ways to manage their anger in sports competitions.According to the three stages of sports competition,anger management of the sports competition state anger for middle school students include regulating emotional state before competition,controlling anger during competition and adjusting anger after competition.By rational emotive training,relaxation training,simulation training,strengthening the ability to deal with the unexpected incidents in competition and anger games to improve sports competition state anger management for middle school students. |
