Malevolent Creativity(MC)mainly refers to the ability of individuals to intentionally harm others, which is affected by individual emotions, motivations, personality traits and other factors. The sense of unfairness is an individual’s perception of the unfair events he has experienced.Previous studies have found that the sense of injustice can lead to anger, disgust and other emotions, and even affect the subsequent behavior, and anger is significantly positively correlated with the level of malicious creativity. However,no research has directly examined the relationship between the sense of injustice and malicious creativity.High school students are in adolescence, their psychological development is unstable, and their behaviors are easily affected by emotions. Therefore, this study takes a high school student in Kaifeng city as the subjects.Through two experiments, this study explores the influence of injustice on high school students’ malicious creativity and its psychological mechanism, and puts forward corresponding educational countermeasures.Experiment 1 explored the effect of injustice on high school students’ malign creativity: the mediating role of anger. The results showed that the anger level and malicious creative behavior scores of the participants under unfair conditions were significantly higher than those under fair conditions, and the anger level of the two groups could significantly predict the level of malicious creativity. In addition, anger plays a partially mediating role in the relationship between perceived injustice and malevolent creativity, namely, perceived injustice exerts an influence on malevolent creativity through anger.Experiment 2,based on experiment 1,further explored whether self-control moderated the influence of injustice on high school students’ malevolent creativity.According to the self-control scale, the subjects were divided into high control unfairness group, low control unfairness group, high control fairness group and low control fairness group. The results showed that :(1)the unfair experience significantly increased the levels of anger and malevolent creativity.(2)The interaction between perceived injustice and self-control on anger was significant, that is,under the unfair condition, the anger level of the high self-control group was significantly lower than that of the low self-control group.Under fair conditions, there was no significant difference in anger level between high control group and low control group.(3)The main effect of self-control on malicious creativity was significant, and the level of malicious creativity in the high self-control group was significantly lower than that in the low self-control group, but the interaction between injustice and self-control on malicious creativity was not significant.Research conclusion:(1)unfair experience can induce malicious creativity of high school students.(2)The sense of injustice indirectly induces high school students’ malicious creativity by inducing anger.(3)Self-control moderates anger induced by injustice, but does not regulate malevolent creativity induced by injustice.Based on the above research conclusions, the following educational suggestions are put forward:(1)students should be treated fairly in education and teaching to avoid triggering students’ anger and malicious creativity.(2)The school and parents work together to teach students how to regulate their emotions and improve their self-control.(3)strengthen the mental health education of students, and guide their malicious ideas correctly. |
