With the establishment of modern vocational education system,speeding up the professional development of teachers has become one of the main subjects in secondary vocational education.Currently,the status and role of secondary vocational schools have been paid more and more attention,and the demand for technical talents has become more and more urgent,but the vast majority of secondary vocational schools still use teaching and research groups as the primary-teaching organization,these external and internal voice makes the groups unable to face,can not undertake the task of promoting the professional development of teachers.Internationally.cooperation between teachers and teachers is promoted,in order to improve the teaching level and the quality of school teaching,It can be said that teams of teachers is an important way to promote teachers professional development.This study revolves around the construction of teaching teams in secondary vocational schools,based on the study of Group Dynamics Theory,Learning Organization Theory,Belbing Team Role Theory and Comprehensive Incentive Theory,this paper constructs the theoretical basis of teaching teams and the basic characteristics of teaching teams in secondary vocational schools.Based on the Questionnaire,Interview and Case study,according to the research results of B School Clothing Professional Teaching Team,D School Tourism Professional Teaching Team,N School Cooking Professional Teaching Team,Z School Finance and Business Professional Teaching Team,this paper analyzes the present situation of teaching teams in secondary vocational schools.Based on the Group Dynamics Theory,this research has clarified the internal and external factors that affect the construction of teaching teams in secondary vocational schools.According to the above research results,the strategies of strengthening the construction of teaching teams in secondary vocational schools are.First,to update the concept of teaching teams building,secondary vocational schools should optimize the concept of running schools and organizational structure,team members should strengthen the construction of teacher's ethics,establish a sense of cooperation and sharing.Second,to make scientific teaching team goals,the goals of teaching teams in secondary vocational schools should be mutually beneficial,innovative,measurable and detachable,combined with the teaching attributes and social attributes,the teaching teams should aim at seeking knowledge and truth,satisfying the social needs and realizing the teachinsg tasks.Third,the establishment of a harmonious teaching teams culture,teaching teams should play the dual function of cultural early warning and punishment,strengthen the value level and behavioral level of teaching teams' culture construction.Forth,to establish a reasonable teaching teams'structure,the teaching teams should establish a reasonable teaching team size,establish a complementary teaching team member structure and clarify the role of teaching team members.Fifth.to establish an effective teaching teams incentive system,on the basis of analyzing the guiding ideology,the purpose,the content and the subject and object of performance evaluation,to establish a scientific teaching teams' performance evaluation system,on the basis of analyzing teaching team's interest composition,benefit distribution principle and benefit distribution way,we should establish a fair teaching team benefit distribution system.
