The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship.As an important force in innovation and entrepreneurship,college students mainly engage in entrepreneurial activities in the form of teams.According to the statistics of the 2017 Employment Report of the Ministry of Education,the entrepreneurial rate of college students in China has increased year by year,but the failure rate remains high.Some scholars pointed out that the main reason for the low success rate of college students' entrepreneurial team is the low level of team innovation.After investigation,team composition is a key factor affecting the innovation level of college students' entrepreneurial teams.Teams with appropriately differentiated team members can help brainstorm between members and can contribute to innovative.However,there are some differences in characteristics between members,which makes it easy for some team members with the same characteristics to identify and gather together,resulting in division within the team and forming team faultines.The direction and manner in which team faultines affect the team's innovation performance is not clear.In order to deeply analyze the impact of entrepreneurial team faultines on innovation performance,this study is based on social identity theory,faultines theory,social cognitive theory and other research.From the perspective of team faultines,this thesis makes transactive memory system as a mediator,team innovation as an adjustment variable,and the team innovation climate analyzes the internal mechanism of team breaks on team innovation.Through the various elements involved in the theory,the connotation and dimension of team faultines,transactive memory system,team innovation climate and team innovation performance are defined.143 college students' entrepreneurial teams are taken as research objects,using aggregate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The method explores the mechanism of team faultines,transactive memory system and team innovation climate on team innovation performance.The results of this thesis show that the information cognitive faultines has a positive impact on the team's innovation performance;the transactive memory system is a comprehensive mediator variable between the information cognition faultines and the team's innovation performance;the team innovation climate has a significant adjustment effect on the relationship between information cognitive faultines and transactive memory system;the team innovation climate and the information cognitive faultines,the transactive memory system and the team's innovation performance are constructed together as a regulated intermediary model;the social classification faultines has a negative impact on the team's innovation performance;the transactive memory system is a comprehensive mediator variable between the social classification faultines and the team's innovation performance;the team innovation climate has a significant adjustment effect on the relationship between social classification faultines and transactive memory system;the team innovation climate and social classification faultines,transactive memory system and team innovation performance jointly construct a regulated mediation model.The research expands the theoretical basis of the team's innovation climate,explores the role of team faultines and transactive memory system under the influence of team innovation climate,enriches the theoretical research of team faultines,and provides suggestions for the construction of college students' innovative entrepreneurs.Providing guidance for improving team innovation performance,and providing reference for college entrepreneurship education.
