Research On Team Construction Of Ningbo University Table Tennis Team

In competitive sports, The ordinary university sports teams as a special team have the general characteristics common team and the characteristics of competitive sports. How to take advantage of teachers, materials, facilities and building high quality and high skills sports teams is a common concern for scholars. Using the sports training, management, sociology, psychology and other disciplines theory, taking the methods of documentation, questionnaire survey and combining with actual characteristics and regularity of table tennis team, this paper deeply analysis the factors of team building of Ningbo university table tennis team, the results are as follows:(1) Ningbo university table tennis team is aiming at cultivating excellent college table tennis players by three-step strategy, the first step is high level in domestic college students,the second step is high level in domestic, the third is high level in world.(2) The struggle sprit is positive,studious and striving for the first; competition spirit is “To win without pride and lose with grace”, Teamwork spirit is helping each other.(3) In order to alleviate the contradiction between learning and training, Ningbo university table tennis team builds learning, training and competition platforms and training, competition and incentive system by integrating the existing resources.(4)For athletes, Ningbo university table tennis team takes the “fair competition and fair selection, open procedures, priority, a comprehensive evaluation of the achievement, merit” as principles, takes the “people oriented and scientific training, ”as training concept and thinks highly of basis, capacity,quality and innovation.(5)For coaches,the team uses existing talents well, keeps key talents, brings in needed talents and cultivates talents for the future, the team combines the way of long-term and short-term training with internal and external training, and adopts motivation model of more pay for more work and optimal blue-chip reward.Ningbo university table tennis team also has many problems in the process of team construction. Target system is imperfect and the level between span is too large; the related systems are lack of supervision and feedback, the number of coaches are insufficient, training facilities are imperfect,which leads to inefficient performance of training.At the last part,the paper gives relevant policies and suggestions to improve team building of Ningbo university table tennis team, and also give some reference for other ordinary universities.
