Study On Minors' Moral Cultivation Under The Background Of Family Change

Since twenty-first Century,especially since the "Several opinions of CPC Central Committee and State Council on further strengthening and improving the moral construction of minors" issued,the minors' moral education has gradually become the dominant discourse.This work is unremittingly.However,the moral development of minors shows the situation of "knowing and doing differently","knowing high and going low","knowing and doing out of line" and so on.In essence,people acquire concept awareness and develop behavioral habits only from exposure to the real interaction among the actual social environments.Therefore,the primary factor in promoting the development of minor morality is the family.Since the reform and opening up,the changes of family have destroyed the instability and the integrity of the traditional family.And they have damaged the moral education function of family home.Family change and the social transition that contributed to this large-scale change are important narrative backgrounds for exploring the moral development of minors at the present stage.Under this background,Marxist theories — — social existence determines social consciousness,social practice and human essence — — lay theoretical foundations for the study of minors' moral cultivation.Family is the ariginal resource of minor's moral cultivation.Through the interaction of daily life,family can promote minors' moral cognition,cultivate emotion,temper minors' moral will,and shape minors' moral behavior.For minors' moral cultivation,family has basic,emotional,targeted,living and latent influential advantages.However,in the period of social transformation,family's size has been miniaturized.Family's structure has been flated,and its type has been diversified.The traditional functions of family have shifted,and family relations have been simple,equal and democratic.Family's values have changed from "family-oriented" to "people-oriented".Under the background of family change,minors' moral cultivation has fallen into three major difficulties.First,the lack of resources.Minors' moral cultivation lack interpersonal communication resources,parent-child accompany resources and emotional support resources.Second,the intergenerational conflict.That is to say,the moral inheritance breaks and moral identity differentiation.Three,the methodical incorrects.Such as authoritarian indoctrination,doting arranged,neglect and laissez-faire.There are profound logical relationships between family change of social transformation and the difficulties of minors' moral cultivation.These relationships explain the formation mechanism of minors' moral predicament under the background of family change.Primarily,minors' moral dilemma is generated by structural factors.Family structure miniaturization leads to the lack of intergenerational communication resources.The birth of only one child leads to the lack of generation communication resources.And the damage of family structure leads to the lack of parenting accompany resources.Then,minors' moral dilemma is generated by relationship factors.The conflict between husband and wife might weaken the emotional support of minors' moral cultivation.The shift of parent-child relationship might lead to the fracture in the intergenerational inheritance of minors' moral cultivation.And the neighborhood alienation might lead to the lack of community communication resources of minors' moral cultivation.Last but not least,minors' moral dilemma is generated by conceptual factors.Individualism leads to the exclusion of parent-child support of minors' moral cultivation.Pragmatism concept leads to the neglect of minors' moral cultivation significance.And family education idea deviation causes the wrong methods of minors' moral cultivation.Human nature is the sum of social relations.Therefore,to form or change some ideas or behavior,in the final sense must be through the optimization of the realistic environment which forms minors' moral awareness and behavior.On the basis of the system ecological theory,in front of three dilemmas for minors' moral cultivation under the background of family change,we can optimize the family ecological system of personal,interpersonal and social aspects,to promote the minors' moral development effectively.Firstly,as the guardians of minors,they must clear their responsibilities,enhance the develop consciousness,play good "important others" role,and respond to the conflicts between husband and wife rationally.On the other hand,they must pay attention to develop the scientific methods,strengthen the minors' moral participation and experience practice.Secondly,parents and their children must develop interaction to realize the intergenerational integration.From monologue to dialogue,they care for each other;at the same time,from dependence to construction,they grow together.Thirdly,with the help of family network,we must expand the support resources of minors' moral cultivation,in order to fill up the lack of interpersonal communication,parent-child companionship and emotional support under the backgrund of family change.Fourthly,government should improve the developmental family policy and enhance the family development ability which is beneficial to the minor's moral cultivation.Fifthly,through the collaboration between school and family,community and family,we must achieve the seamless connection of minors' moral cultivation.
