Society of the21st century is a learning society, and lifelong learning is the basic requirement and an important symbol of the learning society. The minors are at a critical stage of physical and mental development, their ideology and morality, the behavior formation and development has far-reaching implications with family. However, in the era of globalization, information technology, familyeducation is facing a parental role, the transformation of the parent-child relationship, educational content, educational methods and approaches, the traditional family education model has been a challenge. Looking for a new form of family education, which adapt to the development of society, suited to the needs of the community and help to promote the all-round development of the of minors, and make the traditional family education shift to learning family education is an important issue facing the modern family education.In this paper, the difficulties faced by the family education of minors in modern society as the starting point to explore the new direction of the minors in family education, and put forward the topics of the minors’learning family education. The minors learning family education is put forward on the basis of combine the characteristics of minors and their families, to absorb the idea of learning organization and the learning family. Learning family education of the minors is to follow the law of the minors’ideological and moral formation and development and family education, based on the ideological and moral education, to develop education as the core, focus on the responsibility educate and grateful education, and promote the minors all-round development as the goal of family education. Based on the above understanding, proposed in the process of minors’learning education should follow the equal interaction, close to life, the same attitude, unity of knowledge and practice of principle, to teach by the ways of precept and example, example education, practice education, experiential education, and so on, strengthening the effect of minors family education, and promoting the healthy growth of minors.
