Research On The Model Of Industry And City Agglomeration Development Based On Industrial Agglomeration Area

In China in the progress of promoting the new industrialization, new urbanization and agricultural modernization in a coordinated way, all kinds of industrial agglomeration areas have been set up relying on the main city areas. The industrial agglomeration area has become the growth pole of the city and regional economic development. With the change of development environment and the policy adjustment home and abroad, the problem of uncoordinated development of industrial agglomeration area and urbanization has been more and more obvious such as the diversification of industrial development, the lack of industry cluster, single function, poor facilities, the functional partition being too mechanical dividing the contact of industrial areas and living areas, material space being apathy lacking public space; Community development being insufficient and the residents lacking sense of belonging and security; Isolated development leading to less contact with surrounding areas. Whereas, the uncoordinated development of industry and city hindered the competitive advantage of coordinated development of the industry and the city and it also hindered the role played by scale of economies.Therefore, to solve the problem of uncoordinated development of industrialization and urbanization of the separation and realize the sustainable economy development, the development model of industrial agglomeration area with the integration of the industry and the city is established, Based on this, this research made an analysis on the mechanism of the development model of industrial agglomeration area with the integration of the industry and the city based on the industrial agglomeration area, It applied combination weighing evaluation model and method of two dimension four quadrant part to make a empirical analysis of the fusion degree of some industrial agglomeration areas in Henan province. It also made a case study of the industrial agglomeration area which promotes the integration of the industry and city. Finally Suggestions of promoting the integration of city and industry are put forward.There are eight chapters in this study. The first chapter is brief introduction of the paper. The second chapter illustrated the related theories related to industrial agglomeration area and the integration of the industry and the city including geography theory and industrial economics theory and industrial agglomeration theory. The third chapter analyzed the mechanism of the development model of industrial agglomeration area with the integration of city and industry based on the industrial agglomeration area. It provided theory foundation for the study. The fourth chapter constituted the combination weighing evaluation model. The fifth chapter made the empirical analysis of the fusion degree of some industrial agglomeration areas in Henan province by using the method of two dimension four quadrant part. The sixth chapter made the case study of the industrial agglomeration area which promotes the integration of the industry and city. Suggestions of promoting the integration of city and industry are put forward in the seventh chapter. The final chapter made a submission of the study.This case integrated use of urban economics, industrial economics and other theories and systems approach, empirical analysis, case studies and comparative research methods, in-depth systematic study of the problem of production integration of the city development model, which for the newly industrialized and mingled with new urbanization and common development, improve urban competitiveness of great significance.
