Analysis Of Henan Industrial Agglomeration Area Development Patterns And Paths

Based on clearing understanding and scientific judgment of Henan economicdevelopment contradictions and stage, Henan industrial agglomeration area is astrategic carrier of promoting economic growth, and speeding up the urbanizationprocess. Henan industrial agglomeration area is growing rapidly and has enormouscontribution for cities’ economic growth, becoming a new growth pole of economicdevelopment. However, the problems exposed about the development types and pathsare not neglectable, which need to be addressed urgently.The background and environment of180industrial agglomeration areas in Henanare analyzed by using PEST analysis instrument and Porter’s diamond model, andthen the development targets are summarized. Contraposing these targets, Henanindustrial agglomeration area also has the problems, such as low concentration ratio,insufficient production integration of city, intensive development ability needs to beimproved, etc. According to the differences of development degree, this paperseparately explores the well developed cluster development patterns of Henandemonstrated and incomplete developed industrial agglomeration district. The worldvalue creation activity is changing from the chain structure to galactic structure,therefore Henan well developed industry agglomeration district should be galaxy type,on the basis of analyzing the value creating mechanism and governance model ofvalue constellation. According to characteristics of structural holes and cohesivenetwork in Multinational hybrid network, Henan incomplete developed industrialagglomeration district should develop in a chain type in order to breakthrough thelimitation of resources conditions and industrial base to a certain extent. Finally, combining the problems in the development and different development patterns ofHenan industry agglomeration district, this paper suggests: well developed industryagglomeration district should take a path of industry layout adjustment and marketdriving; incomplete developed industrial agglomeration district should advance theintergovernmental cooperation mechanism, complete mechanism of talented personintroducing and training, and establish public service platform, etc.
