As science and technology advances, enterprises are faced wtih political, economic, social and environmental which is undergoing tremendous changes. The competition between enterprises become more intense, then supply chain management is becoming important methods and tools for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. However, the study gradually found that there is a large deviation between theory and practice of the supply chain management. The main reason is that decision-makers in supply chain are usually not completely rational behavior under real and complex environment. The limited rational behavior will greatly influence on the supply chain actual operation. The research in traditional supply chain management can not reflect the real decision makers'behavior. The research can effectively guide the practice of supply chain management only from the perspective of human psychology and behavior. Therefore, from the behavioral supply chain perspective we study the supply chain network design and optimation considering the behavior of decision-makers in supply chain, this dissertation has a very important mening and value. The main content and innovative work includes the following aspects.First, this paper systematically analyses and overview the related issues about behavioral supply chain and detailed summarizes the latest research and theory, thus establishes the perspective, content and direction of this study. The relationship between the facility location and supply chain network design is specifically addressed. The facility location is the basis of supply chain network design and supply chain network design is the expansion of the facility location and specific application. Supply chain network design considering the decision-makers behavior is an important innovation.Second, we research distribution center location decision taking into account the homogeneity and heterogeneity of experts as well as integrating homogeneous and heterogeneous desion-making advice. The differences comparing with the past are that the present study actually consiers two decision-making groups and two-stage decision-making process. The first group consists of multiple decision-makers. The experts may express individual decision preferences on facility locaions by these own expertise, experience, rights and responsibilities. Decision experts have no motive to hide or distort information they found. The second group is only one final decision-maker, who represents decision advices for the company's strategic layer. The final decision-maker assignes the same or different importance weights to decision-making experts and determines the final ranking of distribution center alternatives synthesizing the opinions of homogeneous and heterogeneous experts in accordance with management responsibility and specific decision-making environment. The selection process fully reflects the subjective preferences, homogeneity and heterogeneity of multiple expers. The final decision-making stage reflects decision makers'preferences of the company's organizational strategic sectors. The relaxation factor integrating homogeneous and heterogeneous experts'advice, it reflects the final decision-maker to determine and control the distribution center location overall environment.Third, two-echelon distribution network designe and optimization under risk attitudes of core enterprise in supply chain. Uncertain parameters are as fuzzy data in supply chain operation. The credibility degree of risk events occurring is regarded as risk attidudes of decision-makers for uncertain events happening. The two-echelon distribution network is modeling by using the credibility measure theory based on the core decision-maker risk attitudes. We study ordering, delivery and total cost of the distribution network and optimization results of the network strcture configuration under different risk attidudes. The changes in decision-maker's risk attitude on the overall environment as well as single fuzzy factors have impacted on the total cost of supply chain. The results show that two-echelon distribution network's cost varity along with decision-maker's risk attitude on the overall environment is the trend addition of decision-maker's risk attitude on single fuzzy factors. It is not only sensitive to quality factor's risk attitude and is gradually or significantly reduced to the risk attitude's variety of price, supply, processing capacity and demand. It has a vety important practical significance to build supply chain network and select the appropriate enterprise members under the core decision-maker's risk attidudes. Finally, we study the core decision-maker's decision preference on different objective of multi-level supply chain in centralized decision-making and enterprise members'cooperation willingness in decentralized decision-making how to influence on various objectives and network configuration by using fuzzy multi-objective mathematical programming. The larger weight objectives are very close to the deal values, while the smaller objectives are close to the negative ideal values in centralized decision-making. The compensation coefficient only in a certain ranges may make the respective objectives to obtain the desired balance effect in decentralized decision-making. The "modified fuzzy and" operator be able to ingegrate "min-max" operator and "fuzzy and" advantages, which can balance multiple objectives and assign different weight. It reflects the core decision-maker's centralized decision-making and enterprise members'agroup decision and improves the overall performance and objectives balanced in supply chain.Driven by theory and practice this thesis study supply chain network design and optimaization from the decision-making behavior perspective of supply chain enterprise members under uncertain enviroment. We expect to explain the decision-makers'behaviror impact on supply chain operational performance and guide supply chain construction to some extent.
