| The practices of regional economic development of our country show that agglomeration and diffusion have very important impact on the regional growth and regional differences and they are the main force in shaping and changing the regional relationship, Since China's reform and opening up policy. The eastern coast region of china development rapidly in social-economic fields by the way of agglomeration. While, it deprived the chance of other regions at the same time. The unbalanced development of regional economy in our country is becoming more and more prominent. The trends that economic development diffusion is spreading from the eastern region to the central and western regions and the regional economic integration is ongoing are becoming the themes of macro economic development in the new period. The previous studies are mainly focusing on the positive externalities of agglomeration and diffusion,while,they ignored the negative effect of agglomeration and diffusion on other regions.The studies based on the diffusion of externalities economic and regional integration have become the "hot spot" in the fields of regional development and the reconstruction of regional relationships. Based on the traditional study of agglomeration and diffusion, This paper highlight the diffusion effect from the developed areas to the outside from the perspective of positive externalities. Based on the theoretical and practical study of western countries, this paper not only studied the dynamic mechanism and model of regional development diffusion but also summarized the theory of diffusion and regional economic integration development in our country. Besides,this paper evaluated the relationships between the regional integrity and coordinated development of regional economy objectively. The aim of this paper is to narrow the gap between the regional development in our country and reshape the regional development relationships gradually, and provide the theoretical guidance to the redevelopment of the excessive concentration and development areas.Based on the above theoretical study and practical demand and at the realistic background of regional development in our country,this paper summarized the diffusion of development theory at home and abroad and analyzed the dynamic mechanism and model of regional development diffusion.This paper took the Changchun-Jilin district as an empirical example, and then, analyzed the presents and trend of diffusion and regional integration in Changchun-Jilin region.This paper was consisted of six parts, the details are as follows.Chapter One:The reviews of diffusion of regional development at home and abroad. This part begins with the basic concept of diffusion of regional development and summarizes the background of the theory and the main research results at home and abroad.By evaluating and analyzing the main research results.the author analyzed the defects of the presents researches and analyzed the trend of diffusion and regional integration, as the breakthrough point of this paper.Chapter two:The basic theories of economic development diffusion and regional economic integration.This part mainly introduced the related basic theories which includes:Center-Periphery Theory,Polarization-the Trickle-down Effect Theory,Growth Pole Theory,Gradient Promoting and Shifting Theories, Point Axis Theory and Externality Theory, and then explained the relationships between the basic theories and economic development diffusion and regional economic integration, this part laid the foundation of this paper.Chapter three:The dynamic mechanism and model of regional development in our country. Firstly,this part analyzed the facts of unbalanced regional developments,and then,explained the dynamic mechanism and model of regional development from the necessity of economic development diffusion,the relations change between urban and rural,the mature of regional markets system,the change of regional development concepts and the regional development policy. Finally, the author analyzed and summarized the models of regional economic integration in our country.Chapter four:The theoretical and empirical study of regional economic integration in our country. This part not only summarized the related traditional theories which include Transaction Costs Theory,Trade exchange theory, market competition theory, but also summed up the modern theoretical analysis framework, such as direct investment, economies of scale, Long-Run Growth, industrial agglomeration. Besides, this paper takes the Classic Cases which include the experimental zone of urban-rural coordinated reform region, Cities Alliance and Jing-Jin-Ji industry integration as examples to evaluated the effect of the practices of regional economic integration in our country.Chapter five:The analysis of development and diffusion system in Changchun-Jilin district. Firstly, this part analyzed the region factors which shaping the Changchun-Jilin district and elaborated the main features of economic agglomeration and diffusion in Changchun-Jilin district. Secondly, this part analyzed the industrial distribution patterns, the overall distribution patterns of towns and external pattern of connection with other regions. Finally, this paper evaluated the influence of economic diffusion which was generated by Changchun-Jilin district on the Jilin province, the urban agglomeration in meddle Jilin province, the Changchun-Jilin-Tumen opening zone and the Ha-Chang urban agglomeration.Chapter six:The integration and reconstruction of Changchun-Jilin district. This part analyzed the background which the Changchun-Jilin district has formed from the following aspects:the international cooperation in Northeast Asian,the region economic integrity process in our country, the regional economic pattern in Jilin province, the Changchun-Jilin-Tu national strategy. This part also set up the goal of regional economic integration of Changchun-Jilin district from the following aspects: the pattern of industrial integration, the integration of towns, the integration of functional space, the integration of infrastructures and the integration of eco-space. |
