The Research On Industrial Cluster In The Development And Opening Up Pilot Zone Of Changchun-Jilin-Tumen And Economic Development In Jilin Province

Industrial cluster is an organization form about regional economic industry, by which promoted the regional economic growth, but also expanded the gap between regions. Currently, the industrial cluster has become one of the important forces that promote China's economic development. The quality of industrial cluster will have a direct impact on our economy whether can keep a tendency of sustainable development, so the study can provide us some more valuable strategy in China to make the policy of economic development. In the past of"Eleventh Five-Year"period, China has been a rapid economic development, which has made many achievements. Looking ahead, the new"Twelve Five-Year"plan let us think about the question that how to develop economic much better and faster.This paper uses the Development and Opening up Pilot Zone of Changchun-Jilin-Tumen (CJT) as the study object. I calculated the degree of industrial cluster and CV of regional economy, from which we can analyze the relationship between industrial cluster of CJT and regional economic development. And this provides a strong theoretical basis when we make the policy to adjust the industrial structure and promote the economic development rapidly.The paper has been divided into seven parts, as follows:Part 1 is the introduction that describes the research background and research methods.Part 2 is the theoretical basis, including industrial cluster, growth and the differences of regional economy and the study at home and abroad.Part 3 is to describe the status of CJT. I use several methods to calculate the degree of industrial cluster from 30 industries in the manufacture industry, and find out the competitive industries of CJT.Part 4 is to empirical analysis, using the methods of factor analysis, co-integration and regression to verify the mechanism that industrial cluster can improve the regional economic growth.Part 5, from the conclusion of the last part I can find that industrial cluster have an impact on the regional economic gap on the other hand. By calculating the CV of regional economic gap, the changeable trend, to some extend, has verified the hypothesis of"reverse U-shaped".Part 6 is to conclude the problems existed in CJT and then find out the effect factors from the analysis above.Part 7 is to propose the recommendations of industrial cluster and Jilin's economic development.
