China is in the period of strategic adjustment of the national economic structure; need to have a more stable agricultural support, the adjustment of agriculture industrial structure is the basis of the stage of the strategic adjustment. Agricultural land is the most basic and irreplaceable means of agricultural production, optimizing the allocation of land resources is the key to the sustainable development of agriculture, so there is a significant corresponding interactive relationship between the regional agricultural industrial structure adjustment and agricultural land resources. As a major agricultural area, Xinjiang land area is vast, over the years, agricultural production mode is extensive, land production efficiency is low, and Land ecological environment is degenerating gradually. Therefore, the study of agricultural industrial structure adjustment and land resource optimal allocation in Xinjiang, help to change the mode of agricultural production, increase land productivity, promote the benign circulation of agriculture and land ecological environment.In this thesis, on the basis of researching the connotation of the agricultural industrial structure adjustment and agricultural land resource optimal allocation, draw lessons from domestic and foreign relevant theories and methods, formed the theoretical analysis framework of the agriculture industrial structure and agricultural land resource optimal allocation. Through to analyze the present situation of Xinjiang agricultural industry structure adjustment and agricultural land resource utilization, explores the rule of Xinjiang agricultural industry structure, agricultural land resource utilization variation, and allocation of resources of land and the problems existing in the agricultural industrial structure adjustment, and its possible causes; Using granger causality analysis to verify the interactive relationship between Xinjiang agricultural industry structure adjustment and agricultural land resource allocation, and using the DEA model to evaluate the agricultural input and output efficiency during the process of agricultural industry structure adjustment; Considering the characteristics of fragile ecological environment in Xinjiang, agricultural industrial structure adjustment and agricultural land resource allocation must be with ecological environment protection simultaneously, and make a coupling analysis between farmland ecosystem and agricultural industrial structure adjustment from the perspective of sustainable development, Distinguish the coordination and the rationality of the change between the two; Finally based on the theory of optimum, linear programming model is used to determine the quantity structure of farmland resource optimization, and on this basis, to put forward the agricultural industrial structure adjustment thought, direction and support system, and finally on how to promote the adjustment of agricultural structure and agricultural land resource optimal allocation two-way optimization are put forward to some countermeasures and Suggestions.The main conclusions of this study:due to abundant light and heat resources, land resources, so it has the development advantage of characteristic agricultural in Xinjiang. In recent years, the agricultural land area has a trend of slow growth, the agricultural structure is reasonable in Xinjiang, but it has the characteristics of fragile ecological environment in the region, land use must be based on the water resources. By granger causality analysis can be seen, agricultural land use structure and agriculture industry structure in Xinjiang has not yet formed a two-way causal relationship, only the performance of the agricultural land use structure adjustment to push the change of agricultural industry structure, and land use structure changes faster than the change of agricultural structure. The analysis conclusion of the input-output efficiency of agricultural land are as follows:Xinjiang input-output efficiency of agricultural land is 13th in the country, and is the highest in the northwest five provinces, so overall situation is good, but intensive land utilization and technology input side also slightly less; in time sequence, Xinjiang agricultural input-output efficiency has the trend of fluctuation increasing, but the labor input too much, management and application level of technical have some problems; seen from the interior of the region, northern region the efficiency of agricultural land using is the highest, southern region followed, Eastern Region minimum, but farmland utilization exist not match of the production factors in varying degrees in 14 regions of Xinjiang. The coupling relationship of agricultural industrial structure adjustment and farmland ecosystem in Xinjiang shows that the coupling relationship from the initial serious imbalance, gradually improve to the moderate imbalance, after the coupling relationship is volatility, became a severe imbalance, then the coupling relations gradually improve, its evolution process is low level coordination-* coordination, also experienced a fluctuation during this period. According to the land resource optimal allocation scheme, try to put forward the future adjustment direction of agriculture industry structure in Xinjiang:to improve the efficiency of plant industry, to do better on animal husbandry, forestry ecological construction, speed up the development of modern fishery.
