Research On The Ways Of Agricultural Industry Structure Optimization And Rural Revitalization

The agricultural economy is an important part of the national economy,and its foundation determines the irreplaceability of agriculture.Since China's agricultural modernization started late and the level of agricultural economic development is relatively backward,it seems that agricultural modernization has become the shortest plate of "four modernizations".In order to solve this problem,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the rural revitalization strategy,adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,and establish and improve the institutional mechanism for urban and rural integration development in accordance with the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent living.And the policy system to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The optimization of agricultural industrial structure is the core strategy of agricultural economic development.The rapid growth of the secondary and tertiary industries is based on a stable agricultural economy,while the rational agricultural industrial structure is the guarantee for the sustainable and stable development of the agricultural economy.Structural optimization is all about finding ways to advance rural revitalization.Based on the summary of relevant research results and related theories,this paper analyzes the impact mechanism of agricultural industrial structure optimization on rural revitalization and the promotion of agricultural industrial structure optimization to rural revitalization from the perspective of agricultural industrial structure optimization and rural revitalization.Taking Ningbo as an example of analysis,this paper studies the optimization of agricultural industrial structure and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in Ningbo,and constructs an agricultural industrial structure optimization measurement index system based on relevant research,and according to the Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022).22 specific indicators in the "years",from the perspective of metrology,taking Ningbo City as an example,co-integration test and Granger causality test by Eviws7.0,data on agricultural industrial structure optimization and rural revitalization in Ningbo over the years The analysis carried out the measurement of agricultural industrial structure optimization to the degree of rural revitalization,and it was concluded that Ningboagricultural industrial structure optimization can effectively promote rural revitalization.According to the test results,the following ways to optimize the structure of the agricultural industry and promote rural revitalization are confirmed:1.Consolidate the foundation of the prosperity of the rural industry by optimizing agriculture(planting);2.Promote the prosperity of rural industries by adjusting the structure of rural labor;3.Promote the development of rural industries through the transformation of agricultural science and technology;4.Promote industrial revitalization and increase farmers' income through the integration of three industries;5.Promote the increase in farmers' income by adjusting the employment structure of farmers;6.Promote the protection of rural ecology by adjusting the quality structure of agricultural products.
