Maintenance of power equipment to ensure that the power system is safe,reliable,economical operation,is one of the basic tasks of the power companies.Appropriate maintenance strategy can effectively improve the performance of equipment for the power system to bring great economic and social benefits,and effectively promote the work of energy conservation and emission reduction.Incorrect maintenance strategies can cause losses and may even cause serious consequences.It is the focus of the academic and engineering circles to explore the economic law of the power equipment maintenance strategy and realize the integration of the economic and the reliability target in the maintenance decision.Equipment maintenance strategy based on data monitor has been widely used in power system with the development of equipment condition monitoring,communication,and computer techno logy.Especially,the large data concept has been gradually accepted and recognized by the power system,which makes the power equipment operation and maintenance dat,asset management data increasingly rich.Business fragmentation and data island,caused by equipment operation and maintenance and equipment management belong to different departments,is changed.In this context,from the perspective of individual behavior of equipment,power equipment failure rate assessment becomes more accurate,which is conducive to the development of maintenance strategy.From the perspective of the overall operation of the grid,it is easier to evaluate the relationship between equipment and power system.From the perspective of economic evaluation,the asset management data and equipment operation and maintenance data is combined,and the equipment operation and maintenance detailed costs can be calculated.Therefore,it is necessary to study the economic law of power equipment operation and maintenance,on the basis of the research and analysis of equipment failure rate model,the evolution of equipment state,and the relationship between equipment maintenance and system risk.The main contributions are as follows.(1)An evaluation model of equipment failure rate based on vector autoregressive is proposed.Based on the summary of the relative research results of the equipment failure rate,the evaluation model of equipment failure rate is proposed by considering the combined action of internal condition,external environment and maintenance strategy.The focus is reflected like:the effects of aging and operating environment on power equipment failure rate are distinguished;the effects of repairable factors and non-repairable factors on power equipment failure rate are distinguished too;the characteristic periods of equipment aging process are defined;the probability distribution of failure rate in each characteristic period is proposed;the effect of partially repaired maintenance behavior on failure rate is estimated.The equipment status assessment and development trend forecast based on the comprehensive measurement of equipment is achieved,it is the prerequisite and basis for the development of power equipment maintenance strategy.(2)A method of power equipment maintenance decision based on expected life optimization is proposed.Firstly,the measurement method of cost at each stage of the power equipment life is estimated.Secondly,the full state probability model is proposed to describe the various states and probability during the life cycle of power equipment.Finally,the periodic detection strategy based on the expected life cost optimization is proposed,after the reliability analysis of power equipment.This study explores the dialectical relationship between life,cost and operation and maintenance strategies,and fully embodies the concept of life cycle management.This is conducive to reducing equipment operation and maintenance costs and improving business efficiency.(3)A method of evaluating the maintenance strategy of power equipment is proposed,which taking into account both the economy and the reliability.From the perspective of the equipment and the power system operation,the equipment risk indexes is defined and the corresponding solution is given.In the maintenance strategy evaluation system,the indicators of net income and net return on equipment maintenance is proposed to achieve the economic evaluation of equipment maintenance strategy.Through multi objective coordination optimization,the maintenance plan evaluation of equipment risk and economy is realized,which provides a basis for equipment operation and maintenance decision-making.(4)Under the background of the life cycle management of power assets,the auxiliary support system of power equipment life cycle management is constructed and developed based on the demand of operation and management of electric power equipment.The system provides a visual,easy to operate interface.The business data of financial management system and ERP system is collected to achieve the life cycle management of power equipment.The core functions include equipment selection management,operation and maintenance management,technical transformation and decommissioning management.It has been used in power supply enterprises in Jining and other places to provide support for the operation and maintenance of power equipment.The results verify the validity and practicability of the system.
