The Economic Benefit Analysis Of Power Grid Maintenance In Hangzhou Power Supply Company Based On Life Cycle Cost Theory

Since 1990s,The concept of asset life cycle management has been widely used in asset intensive enterprises of all countries around the world.Practice has proved that the implementation of the concept of management to enable enterprises to achieve a huge cost savings and significant economic benefits.For power grid enterprises,the whole life cycle management of assets is the optimization of the management of the assets,and is to establish the whole process of asset management mechanism as the core.It takes the process optimization as the focus and the information as the means.It can realize the high efficiency and low cost of the whole life cycle of the asset by using the advanced decision and management method of the whole life cycle cost evaluation method and the condition based maintenance.Based on the whole life cycle cost theory,this article explores the necessity and importance of the whole life cycle cost theory in power grid enterprise management practice,and analyses the economic benefit of the application of this management method in power grid maintenance project,and makes an empirical analysis on the economic benefit of power grid maintenance through the case of Hangzhou power supply company.Through detailed chart data,system analysis and empirical research,this article constructs the whole life cycle management model of power grid assets,and analyzes the economic benefits of the whole life cycle management of assets.In practice,this article uses case analysis and asset cost statistical analysis methods to comparative study of the traditional mode of asset management and life cycle asset management,and analyze the total cost of the assets under the two models,in order to determine the best management model of power grid assets.This article guide the operation and management of all stages of power grid assets,especially the cost management of the maintenance stage,and change the original plan overhaul mode,and effectively guide the power grid asset overhaul budget decisions.
