Research On The Mode And Operation Mechanism Of Supply Chain Financing In The E-Commerce Bilateral Market Background

With the development of e-commerce business in China,more and more smallµ enterprises are growing under the network environment.The capital turnover and financing difficulty become an important problem for them.The supply chain financing business can take advantage of core enterprise credit,and provides a effective financing way for small micro enterprise.This paper focuses on the operation mechanism of the supply chain financing in the bilateral supply chain of the e-commerce,using the methods of system dynamics,evolutionary game and cooperation game to solve the problems of supply chain and supply mechanism and promote a sound financing environment for the sustainable development.This paper focuses on the following aspects.(1)This paper describes the status quo of supply chain financing in the bilateral market of electric power supplier based on combing the literatures of supply chain financing in bilateral market.The subjects of the follow-up study are the subjects of participating in the supply chain financing.(2)Using the theory of system dynamics,this paper analyzes the operation mechanism and feedback mechanism of electronic order financing and electronic warehouse receipts financing mode,constructs the causal circuit diagram of different modes,constructs the SD flow chart by Vensim PLE system and carries on simulation analysis to determine the whole system Border and internal elements of the relationship between.(3)The funds demand and supply alliance of supply chain financing is analyzed.The evolutionary game theory is used to construct the game relationship between the capital demand main body and the capital supply main body alliance,and the cooperative mechanism is analyzed by using the income matrix and the replication dynamic equation,and the equilibrium strategy of evolutionary game is explored.Then various factors which affects the cooperation mechanism are discussed,and the model for determining reasonable interest rates is constructed.(4)On the basis of previous content,the cooperation mechanism within the fund supply alliance of e-commerce supply chain financing is discussed.Cooperative game theory is used to construct the cooperative game relationship within funds supply alliance.The two and three sides Nash negotiation model is used for the electronic order financing model and electronic warehouse financing model respectively.Also,bargaining strength index is used to distribute the internal income within the the fund supply alliance.
