The Chinese manufacturing is facing a frontal and rear attack simultaneously.How to push the transformation and upgrade of manufacturing industry and make it move up the value chain is an issue that needs to be resolved.As a new mode that promotes the development of service of manufacturing corporations,cloud manufacturing has aroused wide concern.At present,the research on cloud manufacturing is focused on service pattern,framework,technology realization method and platform development.While there has been very few studies on the development of cloud manufacturing system and the influence factors from a system perspective.To solve this problem,this paper researched the conceptual model of cloud manufacturing ecosystem,the trust formation mechanism and trust evaluation,the method of ability evaluation and grade specification,and the evolution of cloud manufacturing system by using ecological theory from the perspective of individual.The main studies of this paper are as the following:(1)The conceptual model of cloud manufacturing ecosystem was built.The ecological characteristics have been analyzed and the relationship among subjects has been expounded.On this base,the conceptual model of cloud manufacturing ecosystem is proposed.The value cycle,information cycle and the knowledge flow are analyzed thoroughly.(2)The trust formation mechanism and trust evaluation method are studied.The characteristics of trust game are analyzed from the perspective of short-term benefits that valued by service demanders and long-term benefits that valued by service providers respectively.The pay-off matrixes of two situations were built and the possibility of game equilibrium has been discussed.The condition of game equilibrium has been proposed from a comprehensive perspective.The existence of equilibrium is proved that both sides are faithful.According to the trade features of cloud manufacturing,a trust evaluation method has been proposed based on Bayesian network.The simulation was used to analyze the main factors that impacting the formation of trust.Besides,the effectiveness of trust evaluation method was validated by simulation.(3)The capacity evaluation method of individual and grade classification method were researched.On the base of feature analysis of capacity,the main factors that have an impact on individual ability have been studied from inside and outside of cloud manufacturing ecosystem respectively.An evaluation system has been built based on iceberg model and competency model,and the evaluation method was proposed based on ANP.To divide the individuals' ability effectively,a capacity grade classification method has been put forward on the base of fuzzy clustering and the validity of it was analyzed.(4)The development and evolution of cloud manufacturing ecosystem has been studied.The evolution characteristics of the system are analyzed,and the evolution model was built based on network evolution game.The game rules,migrate rules,strategy updating rules were defined,the evolutionary dynamics characteristics have been studied and the impact of individual movements,trust mechanism and ability on the cooperation level were researched.The results show that the individual movement has significant effect on cooperation level.The cooperation level improves with the migration radius and it reaches the maximum when initial credibility is in the middle.While as the expectation of capacity increases,the cooperation decreases at first,and then rises.Besides,the cooperation frequency decreases with expectation of trust and initial capacity.(5)The empirical research has been conducted based on a cloud service platform for automobile die industry chain.The framework of the ecosystem of automobile industry has been analyzed.The effectiveness of the method proposed has been validated through the application effect of trust and capacity evaluation on the cloud service platform.
