The development of the Internet brings great change to traditional commercial trade.The rise of e-commerce not only had a big impact on traditional industry but also changed the traditional retail industry supply chain.Similarly,in the manufacturing industry,cloud manufacturing & Industry 4.0 also makes big difference in traditional manufacturing industry and operation management.As the implementation of the Internet of things technology and network-manufacture are getting popular,enterprises' ability of supply chain management and monitoring improve a lot.Also,these new technologies and model help to reduce the cost of the company and change the original relationship between suppliers and customers.Facing with cloud manufacturing and this new kind of manufacturing resources sharing mode,the relationship between enterprises will become more complicated,so do with the way they made their decisions.This dissertation mainly do some research about the enterprises' behavior under the environment of cloud manufacturing from the aspect of economics,to find some new thing in their decision making and give suggestions for platform owner to operate the cloud manufacture platform efficiently.In this dissertation,when will an enterprise join in the cloud manufacturing platform is studied firstly.In cloud manufacturing platform,as companies are highly interconnected between each other,their behavior will also have features of things in the network.So in this part,characteristics of platform economics are taken into account in the analysis,it shows that enterprise's behavior on the platform have the effect of network externalities.Therefore,this dissertation studies the enterprises from the perspective of social network,to discuss the threshold of when enterprises join in the cloud manufacture platform.In this study,the main consideration of enterprises' decision making is the number of their supply chain partner,those who will have big influence on enterprises' decision on joining in the platform.Another thing to discuss in this dissertation is the results when manufactures have sharing their residual capacities on the platform.By sharing excess capacity on the platform,enterprises who used to be competitors may become business partners.This lead to a cooperation and competition coexist between manufactures.Thus,the enterprise and supply chain structure will change,and the same with their total revenue when trading on the platform.When discussing this issue,the dissertation divided the enterprises into two kinds,one is those with surplus manufacturing capacity and the other is those having no efficient capacity.To make things out,a Stackelberg game model was raised in the passage.The model can explain how the revenue changes before and after the sharing.Through the study,it was found that the threshold of the enterprise to join in the platform,is not only related to benefits and the cost when join in the platform,but also related to the number of partners in the enterprise's supply network.The results of the study also show that the cloud platform sharing can really play a role in supply chain profit optimization.And the effect of optimization for allocation of resources on the cloud manufacture platform is different between industries.As for the study method,this dissertation mainly used the game theory to discuss agents' decision making problems.By using the coordination game and platform economics theory,microeconomic knowledge,the study did the research to find out decision-making changes in enterprise trading on the platform.Besides,cooperation problems also be discussed under cloud manufacturing environment and changes in income have also been study in this work.All of the above work will give some suggestions about how can the cloud manufacturing platform work well and improve the efficiency of the resource allocation.
