| The production and circulation of live freshwater fish is facing the contradiction of"small-scale farmers and big market" between supply and demand.Besides,live freshwater fish are featured by perishability,seasonality,localization,and relatively more time needed for breeding;these features further aggravate the contradiction,the solution of which calls for a modernized industrial system.There are two ways to promote modern production and circulation of live freshwater fish:technology innovation and organizational change;but from the perspective of practice,purely relying on organizational change has been unable to effectively solve the contradiction.In recent years,new technologies covering Internet of Things(IoT),mobile internet and big data have been widely applied to agriculture,which also brings new opportunities to rely on technological change to achieve modernization of the system of production and circulation of live freshwater fish.In other words,information technology supply new possibilities to solve the contradiction mentioned above.This paper aims at researching on the information service mode of modern production and circulation of live freshwater fish.The studies can be divided into three parts:(1)On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the current situation and mode of modern production and circulation both at home and abroad,it puts forward the problems in the development of modern production and circulation industry chain of live freshwater fish in China.(2)Researching three major information service modes in China,namely,mode that is led by cooperatives,leading enterprises and platforms respectively.The three major modes will be studied and discussed separately from several aspects including features,driving factors,operation mechanisms and subject behavior,etc.(3)Comparing the three major modes from multiple perspectives,and exploring how they can handle the supply-demand dilemma as well as their characteristics and trends in the ecosystem of"Internet Plus".In this research,we believe that the primary problem leading to the contradiction lies in the asymmetric and incomplete information.In a modernized system,to solve the problems of asymmetric information and information transmission efficiency through information service,we need to construct and optimize the information service mode.Findings from our study include:(1)The information service mode in China exists three basic topology of point-set connection,divergence,and spider net,respectively represented by cooperatives,leading enterprise and platforms.(2)Mode led by cooperatives focuses on fish production and hardly refers to the value of information service;mode led by leading enterprises has a high degree of system integration,and relies heavily on the value of information service;mode led by platforms bases on circulation,and has high dependency on the value of information service.(3)Constructed the evaluation index system for information service of production and circulation of live freshwater fish.Based on this,the study found that the service mode of integrated information service ability and level led by leading enterprises is in a dominant position,followed by platforms,with cooperatives ranking the last.(4)The supply and demand fluctuation of information service market has the linkages influences to service modes.Under this context,cooperatives are becoming weaker,while the other two modes are gaining momentum.(5)In the dominant ecosystem of "Internet Plus",cooperatives are morphing into the "appendages" of other modes,whereas modes led by leading enterprises and platforms are gaining ever more strengths,and modes led by platforms will become very important and possesses with significant "discourse power".The innovations and features of this research:(1)Taking information service as a research object,it puts forward three information service mode of modern production and circulation of live freshwater fish,namely,modes that are led by cooperatives,leading enterprises and platforms respectively;and it also studies the features,driving factors,operation mechanisms and subject behavior of each mode and build corresponding schema model and operation mechanism diagram.(2)It constructs the evaluation index system and selects representative subject organization from three different modes to validate and make a comparison.(3)It studies the service level and development trend of the three kinds of information service modes under the circumstance of different relationship between supply and demand. |
