Collaborative Innovation Center(CIC)is an important organization in promoting the deep cooperation of industry,universities,research institutions and governments.However,as a multi-parties,around the major innovation and large-span integration of innovative organizations,the establishment and improvement of its institutional mechanisms urgently need the relevant theoretical and model guidance.Based on this background,this paper is carried out theoretical and empirical research on the theme of generation of CIC.Based on the static and dynamic understanding of the word "generat ion",this paper divides the theme of collaborative innovation center generation mecha nism into two basic questions: 1)"What is Collaborative Innovation Center";2)"What is the Collaborative Innovation Center?".Around these two issues,the paper adopted literature analysis methods,logical reasoning methods,comparative analysis methods,case study methods and interviews and other qualitative research methods.At the same time,the evolutionary game theory and numerical simulation method are used to study the interaction of subject behavior,and the empirical research is also carried out according to the research hypothesis,including questionnaire design and investigation,reliability and validity test and multivariate statistical method.The research content and results of this paper are reflected in the following aspects:(1)Starting from the basic meaning of synergetics,it is pointed out that the Collaborative Innovation Center is different from the enterprise strategic alliance and innovation platform.It refers to the major innovation needs under the guidance of the industry,universities,R&D institutions tripartite or industry,universities,R&D institutions,the Government of the four parties under the joint,and with the support of the environment,carrying out institutional mechanisms of innovation,integration of internal and internal and external innovation resources,collaborative innovation activities,and ultimately solve major innovation problems,and forming innovative symbiosis.It has its own structure and function.Based on the ecological principle,the paper constructs the "pool" model of the collaborative innovation center,and the "system and culture flow" in the pool provides the way for the flow of elements,and the cooperative members working closely to form a solid pool wall to ensure the effective work of "system and culture flow" in the pool.(2)Collaborative Innovation Center(CIC)generation requires a long process,the evolutionary analysis of the CIC based on the entropy increase principle shows that there is a life cycle in the CIC,it is divided into four stages.The entropy of different stages shows different characteristics.The stability analysis of the CIC based on the logistic curve shows that the CIC must bring significant innovation benefits to the universities and key enterprises.Otherwise,the generation process of CIC is unstable.(3)The result of evolution game between knowledge production institutions(represented by colleges)and key enterprises shows that it is necessary to impose penalties on surface collaborative innovation stra tegy to reduce the use of surface collaborative innovation strategy.When some collaborators use the surface collaborative innovation strategy to lead to losses for full innovation strategy side,the full innovation strategy side should be compensated by t he corresponding compensation fund or by the government,so as to reduce the possibility of adopting a "tooth for tooth" strategy.The leading universities should do a "model",so to guide the backbone of business groups gradually make collaborative innova tion behavior.When selecting a collaborative unit,it is important to note that the unit‘s the initial willingness to collaborative innovation.The CIC level should actively help members to improve the ability of collaborative innovation.Blindly asked me mbers to increase investment in CIC,is not conducive to CIC generation,but from the system point of view of scientific,phased requirements of members to increase CIC resources.Government and collaborative members of the game shows that the macro-innovation environment and the establishment of the center-related mechanisms,planing guide and supervise strategy is lower cost for government,and collaborative members gradually become the first person to collaborate.However,if the government does not control well during the transition to planning guide and supervise strategy,it will lead to an increase in the expected benefits of surface collaborative innovation strategy,and the government and the co-member strategy choice may fall into the "lock".Government's penetration for surface collaborative innovation strategists and surface collaborative innovation strategy social loss coefficient,which promote relatively weak for collaborative innovation strategy adopted(compared with other variables).The government tends to adopt planing guide and supervise strategy,hoping that the CIC will become an independent organization with "self-hematopoietic" ability.(4)From the point of view of bionics,the paper puts forward the generation quality variable of CIC,and the paper identifies and constructs the hypothesis model of CIC generation quality.The empirical results show that:The weighted value of generation quality of the CIC surveyed in Zhejiang Province is moderate,and it is not ideal in some quality factors.Hypothesis model of CIC generation test shows that,most of the research assumptions(H1-H6)are validated,among them,the factors of innovation ability,culture and trust factors are more important to the weighted value of generation quality of the CIC and the three generation quality factors,while the core scientists,the role of resource factors are not significant enough.The theoretical contribution and innovation of this thesis is embodied in three aspects:(1)Conducting systematic research on the connotation,structure and function of collaborative innovation center,enriching and developing the theory of collaborative innovation organization.(2)Combining the entropy increase principle and numerical simulation method,revealing the dynamic evo lution process of CIC‘s generation;building the evolutionary game model between the cooperative members,the cooperative members and the government,revealing the process of adjustment of the participants‘ collaborative innovation behaviors.(3)From the perspective of bionics,puting forward the generation quality variable of CIC,constructing the hypothesis model of CIC generation‘s quality,and comprehensively identifying and analyzing the main factors influencing the generation of CIC.
