With the increasingly fierce market competition, increasingly complex livingenvironment to enable enterprises to realize the importance of innovation activities,product innovation and promote their survival and became a driving force fordevelopment. Enterprises improve product innovation and product services, to respondto the needs of users a high degree of attention, the behavior of the user’s collaborativeinnovation into the innovation process, so that enterprises and users to formcollaborative relationships. Apple’s online store APP and podcasts to attract users anddevelopers around the world to improve their own products; Washington Universitysuccessfully developed the use of the majority of users plagued by viral structural tenresearch institutions and pharmaceutical companies for many years. The aboveexamples illustrate the importance of user collaborative innovation activities. But in thecurrent innovation activities has not been fully realized. Today, enterprise users toparticipate in collaborative innovation and positive impact on the academic enterprise athome and abroad have been fully recognized. Factors affecting user participation incollaborative innovation performance, and the convenience of the Internet era of userparticipation in the image of enterprise collaborative innovation behavior has importanttheoretical value and practical significance.Based on the difficulties faced by product innovation and its own characteristics,draw users to participate in collaborative innovation and the need to participate inproduct innovation, product innovation, and innovation in the particularity under thenew market conditions, user participation in collaborative analyzed after the userparticipation in collaborative innovation mechanism which factors affect theperformance of product innovation, product innovation and performance indicators tobuild enterprise users to participate in collaborative innovation system and the keyfactors for product innovation indicator system performance, and on this basis to build anew market conditions user participation in collaborative innovation and productinnovation performance of a firm theoretical model, using the model quantitativelyanalyze the relationship between the two, to verify the hypothesis presented in thispaper some studies to improve the user participation in collaborative innovation impacton product innovation performance factors and further expand the research perspectiveand theoretical approach user involvement collaborative innovation.
