| In the era of information economy,platform enterprises rely on Internet and big data technology,change the combination of data and other factors of production with a kind of new production methods and business models,promote enterprise restructuring and industrial transformation.They are main body of resource allocation and competition,and make upstream and downstream enterprise resource integration together,which are distributed in different regions and have associated benefits,to achieve complementary advantages and strategic resource sharing,and make platform and all links of industry chain depth integration,and pr omote the remodeling of many aspects of industry chain organization form etc.Under the above background,this paper through in-depth analysis of issues that platform enterprise how to affect industrial chain remodeling,on the one hand,enrich and deepen the theory of industrial chain,on the other hand,provide theoretical guidance and practical basis for strategy choice behavior of corporate,industrial transformation and upgrading and government industrial policy making,so it has more important theoretical and practical significance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:firstly,this paper expounds the connotation,cause,performance and goal of industrial chain reconstruction,and puts forward the theoretical model of industrial chain reconstruction.Second,analysis the division of labor and cooperation between platform enterprises and other node enterprises,and describes the evolution of organizational form of in dustrial chain,and further clarify organization form of present industrial chain and new industry chain organization of typical industries.Third,analysis resource integration of platform enterprise’s method and purpose,and use industry data of 2007-2014 China’s intelligent mobile phone of five operating system,while use mixed Poisson regression and negative two regression method,and verify resources integration of platform enterprise promotes the innovation ability of industry chain.Fourth,analyze the influence of platform enterprise competition on industry chain operation,and use the model of grey Lotaka - Volterra,and study IOS and Android operating system platform of dynamic competitive relation,and verify that the competition of platform enterprises optimizes the operation of industry chain.Fifth,using China’s mobile phone industry as an example,describe the reinvented process of industrial chain,and use grey clustering method of variable weight to analysis Qualcomm,Google,Samsung,Foxconn and Jingdong which are listed companies,and analyze influence of " Platform enterprise + community" industrial chain on node enterprise performance.Based on the above research,the following conclusions:first,industrial chain remodeling has its special meaning,and is influenced by many factors such as technology changes,and makes organizational form of industrial chain,the promotion of innovation ability of industry chain,the optimization of industrial chain operation,and meets users needs,and maintains the competitive advantage,and achieves the goal of maximizing the value of industrial chain.In the era of information economy,the mains of product research and development and production have been changed from single enterprise to a few enterprises in the supply chain,and then to platform enterprise,and sales model of end product has appeared in a small retail stores under one-sided market,shopping malls and platform enterprises represented by electricity suppliers.Some nodes enterprises in midstream and downstream link of industry chain that translate platform enterprises,then platform enterprises through change the division of labor between it and other nodes and enterprises,resources integration and compete with each other to promote the industry chain remodeling.Second,Some nodes enterprises in midstream and downstream link of industry chain that change to platform enterprises,use platform for product research and development,production and trading,change the division of labor and cooperation between different links of the industrial chain,and through benign interaction between midstream platform enterprises and downstream platform enterprises,and promote the change of organization form of industry chain,then form "platform enterprise + community" industrial chain.The "platform enterprise + community" industrial chain has rich connotation,which consists of main industrial chain by platform and community.Each component is interdependent,and form cooperative symbiont.It also has four typical features:one is that midstream platform enterprises and downstream platform enterprises from closed loop circulation system;two is that consumer participate in product value creation;three is to follow service dominant logic;four is through self organization to drive dynamic evolution of whole industry chain.It also accelerate integration of industries,and from new industry formats.In practice,it subverts many traditional industries,in which the "platform enterprise + community" smart phone industry chain has been very mature,in addition,"platform enterprise + community" type of home appliance manufacturing industry chain has become increasingly mature.Third,resources integration of platform enterprise promotes the innovation ability of industry chain.Platform enterprises through network effect,will gather same industry or different industries resources to both sides of platform,and form "production pool" and "information pool" that platforms are the core,and enrich and expand the connotation of Schumpeter’s innovation,accelerate product in novation,process (technology) innovation,market innovation,resource allocation in novation and organizational innovation,and lead to innovation subjects becoming generalized,innovative forms becoming more diversified,knowledge integration in community space and focus on demand pull.In addition,the empirical results show that: (1) the more brand manufacturers to adopt the operating system platform,platform enterprise and complementary manufacturers less homogeneous products and consumers more attention,more new product models. (2) the more vendors modify kernel and user interface of platform,the more specific the source code is,the less new models are.Fourth,platform competition makes the operation of industrial chain more optimized.Dynamic evolution of the platform can be divided into four stages,and each stage presents different characteristics.The optimization of industrial chain operation is influenced by growth ability of platform itself and competition intensity among platform enterprises.In addition,the empirical results show that:(1)Android operating system platform has stronger growth ability than IOS operating system platform.(2) there are predator-prey relationship between operating system platform.Android operating system platform as a predator,threatens the growth of IOS operating system platform.Fifth,China’s mobile phone industry chain has gone through a small number of manufacturers + small entity retail store stage,many brand manufacturers +large shopping malls and "platform enterprise + community" stage.The influence of smart mobile phone "platform enterprise + community" industrial chain to different aspects of business performance of node enterprises results show that:(1) Affected by many factors such as change in consumer demand,smart mobile phone profit transfer to downstream of industry chain and the value-added space of high value-added chip manufacturers is limited, and that lead the position of Qualcomm to decline and belong to supporting links.(2) although Goo gle control operating system platform,it is affected by profit strategy and make itself belong to matching link,and provides an opportunity for Chinese enterprises to win,and Chinese enterprises use dropping Google and increase R&D investment measures to control operating system platform.(3)Samsung belongs to the leading position,but the clustering value of supporting link is significantly greater than the critical value,and Samsung need to increase investment in key a reas,and it does not control operating system platform that is an important cause in the competition with apple at a disadvantage,but also is an important reas on that HUAWEI and other domestic manufacturers to catch up.(4) Foxconn as the world’s leading OEM enterprises belong to supporting link.(5) Jingdong supported by Internet technology use data as the main factor of production,and through platform to improve its channel potential energy,so that it is located in the key link.In addition,it is more obvious that three links of clustering indicators indicate that itself is in good condition.Compared with previous studies,the main innovations of this paper are as follows:first,Using the theory of division of labor,this paper examines the mechanism that platform enterprises reshape industrial chain,put forward a theoretical model of industrial chain remodeling by platform enterprise.Through theoretical deduction and empirical analysis,it is concluded that platform enterprises play a very important role in reconstruction of industrial chain.Second, the paper introduces the space parameters of product development as the observation value,and on the basis of in-depth analysis some nodes enterprises in midstream and downstream link of industry chain that change to platform enterprises,puts forward the "platform enterprise + community" industrial chain.In the past,the literature is mainly confined to traditional linear industrial chain and network like in dustrial chain,and research on organizational form change of industrial chain in the context of information economy is relatively scarce.In the era of information economy,Some nodes enterprises in midstream and downstream link of industry chain that translate platform enterprises,and through benign interaction between midstream platform enterprises and downstream platform enterprises,to restore all aspects of industry chain,and form "platform enterprise + community"industrial chain.Third,we introduce consumer’s attention to different operating systems as an independent variable,and demonstrates resource integration of platform enterprise enhance the innovation capability of industry chain.Domestic and foreign scholars on resources integration of platform enterprise rarely consider the impact of consumer behavior factors,and this paper on the basis of a comprehensive consideration of a variety of factors on resources integration of platform enterprise for the impact of industrial chain remodeling.Fourth,from the perspective of platform dynamic evolution,use the grey Lotaka - Volterr describes the competition and relations of platforms enterprises,and reveal that the competition of platform enterprises makes the operation of industrial. chain more optimized.Study on the platform competition at home and abroad mainly is settled platform pricing,and we put platform competition under the architecture of industry chain and elucidates that platform competition optimize the operation of industrial chain.. |
