The 18th Party Congress emphasized that China must unswervingly implement the innovation-driven development strategy, which has become an important choice for the economic development of major countries in the world.Enterprise as the dominant force in the national innovation system, its innovation ability is a matter of success or failure for national innovation-driven strategy. Increasingly fierce global competition, and constantly shortened technique updating cycle make an unprecedented pressure on enterprise innovation, enterprise innovation is becoming more and more difficult to achieveindependently. Enterprise innovation network can help enterprises to obtain better innovation resources, disperse risk, improve the efficiency of innovation, save the cost of innovation, becomesan important way to ascend enterprise innovation ability.Based on the urgent need of national and enterprise, the enterprise innovation network has become the hotspot and practical concern area of the current innovation research. To solve the problem of enterprise innovation effectively, the evolution and development of enterprise innovation network should be understand and grasp fully.But the research on the macroscopic evolution law and the intrinsic microscopic dynamic characteristic is not thorough. Macroscopic aspect, the existing research is based on hypothetical conditions to deduce evolution of the network, mainly concerned to design the preferential attachment mechanism, analysis of two-way change of nodes and connection, the model combined with the actual network data are not enough.Analysis of micro evolution,understanding of the differences in status and function of network nodes are not sufficient, lack of effective method to distinguish importance of different nodes. Dynamic analysis of core nodes is of great significance to grasp the network evolution law, ignoring these nodes will lead to the loss of important information of network evolution.Some researchers have noticed the important role of the core enterprise in the innovation network, but the definition of core enterprise and the recognition standard is vague, lack of feasible quantitative analysis method,the research on construction and development strategies are also problems of the core enterprise network. Research on network construction and development strategies of core enterprise is insufficient too.Based on analysis of current research situation,author studied the dynamic evolution law of enterprise innovation network structure from the macro level comprehensive use of complex network theory, social network theory, grey system theory, innovation management theory and methods. From the macro level, author assessed importance of network nodes, identified and determined the core nodes using the evaluation results, constructed individual network of the core nodes for further analysis. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, this research improves the construction algorithm of the scale free network model, constructs the enterprise innovation network evolution model, and carries on the mathematical analysis and numerical simulation to the degree distribution of the evolution model. It constructs enterprise innovation network in different stages of evolution, analyzes evolution laws from the degree distribution of nodes, the dynamic change of network nodes and the characteristics of network connection, using joint application of patent data in the field of digital information transmission technology. The results show that the degree distribution and the change of the nodes in the real network are consistent with the model performance;with the increasing of the new nodes, the constant enlargement of the scale is accompanied by the frequent withdrawal of the nodes, which has an important influence on the stability of the network evolution; on the characteristics of the network connection, the network connection mechanism is analyzed from the perspective of multi-center degree, it is found that the establishment and elimination of the connections between network nodes are highly selective; preferential attachment mechanism, the actual network not only shows the degree of preferential connection mechanism,but also a high degree of intermediary center of the node and the new cooperation significantly related to show greater attraction; in the mechanism of anti-preferential deletion, the nodes with smaller degree center value are easy to remove the cooperation relationship and withdraw from the network,relative to the degree centrality, the relationship between the center and the node lifting the partnership and exiting the network is more significant. The performance of the closeness centrality is between the betweenness centrality and the degree centrality.Secondly, based on the analysis of the index of network center, using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Gray Relational Analysis method, this research constructs a node importance evaluation model, and the importance of innovation network node in the field of digital information transmission technology enterprise is evaluated by using this model. It is found that the important nodes in the network do not follow the path of the strong stronger, but with the evolution of the network, it is more frequent to update or replace the important nodes. In the field of digital information transmission technology innovation network,the importance of Chinese enterprise ranks rapidly, gradually exceed Japan, South Korean companies, gradually occupy the core position for the development of network, play an important role for the network evolution. By comparing the different stages of evolution of node importance ranking changes analysis, it's found that the early network is mostly a single core node, with the network evolution gradually become more core network,that is, the network form is developed from the early single core network to the multi-core network. At the same time, that significant increase in node status is mainly due to the increase of the relationship, or the importance of network nodes and higher connection is established, and the node position significantly decreased mainly due to the decrease of the relationship, or a decline in the importance of members of their partnership.Finally, based on the evaluation of the importance of the network nodes, the network core nodes in different evolution stages are judged, and the core nodes in each stage are identified. In order to analyze the characteristics of the evolution and development of the core node network and its unique network construction and development strategy, this research takes the HUAWEI company as an example to analyze the dynamic evolution of the ego network of the core node enterprise,constructing one layer and two layers ego network in different stages respectively,choosing another core node of Samsung Electronics for comparative analysis, in order to make a more detailed analysis of the core node innovation network construction strategy and characteristics. Research shows that the changes of the two position in the network as well as differences in the evolution form of ego network is mainly due to their differences in the innovation network construction strategy. With the evolution of the network, the ego network of HUAWEI presents the characteristics of continuously expanding of cooperation scale and improving of the importance of cooperation partners. The scale of cooperation and the importance of the cooperation partners of Samsung in the network are fluctuating and changing characteristics.The research will help enterprises to improve their understanding of the importance of innovation network, analyze their position in the network scientifically,learn from the network construction and development strategy of the core enterprise,build a strategic partnership that is conducive to enhancing their innovation capabilities, and continuously improve their innovation performance. It is helpful for the government to grasp evolution and development of innovation network scientifically, to make more effective innovation management strategies, to provide policy support for enterprises innovation activities, and to improve enterprises innovation ability.
