The early 1990s, computer technology has been rapidly developed.Under the trend that network and people's life continue to bond, the management and financial services system have emerged , and show a strong vitality . As the rapid development of electronic banking business,the risks are constantly accumulating . The virtualization features of electronic money and the technical characteristics of electronic banking have brought technical barriers and functional deficiency to traditional banking risk evaluation and warning system . Therefore, the effective identification, evaluation and early warning of the risks of electronic banking become a new problem to be solved urgently.In this paper, the evaluation and warning of the electronic banking risk is the theme. The article use literature research,delphi method,the AHP, entropy, fuzzy evaluation method, gray model, genetic algorithms and other mature theories and methods , deeply studied the key factors that affect the risk evlauation and early warning of the electronic banking,and build a set of risk evaluation and early warning model of the electronic bank . The article provide a new perspective, new ideas and new methods for the research on risk evaluationt and early warning of electronic banking and the establishment of risk control system.Through the research, this paper draws the following conclusions:In the aspect of index system design, the design of the electronic banking risk index system is mostly originated from the traditional commercial bank management theory , lack of pertinence and accuracy.This paper fully integrated electronic platform technical characteristics, at the same time, according to the author's experience and industry survey data analysis results, design a more perfect index system of the electronic banking risk evaluation . Through subsequent empirical tests, the index system can well restore the actual electronic banking risk level.In the aspect of the evaluation model construction, we use the optimization of AHP- entropy method and fuzzy AHP method to build a new electronic banking risk evaluation model. Using the improved model to assess the actual case, we proved that the optimization model is accurate, objective and comprehensive.In the aspect of the early warning model construction,based on the improved Gray warning method,the optimization of the electronic banking risk early warning model is established, and the genetic algorithm is introduced, which can effectively predict the overall level of the risk of electronic banking and the trend of the different risk points,and improve the stability of the estimation method.In the aspect of the model simulation application,empirical research shows that the electronic banking risk evlauation and early warning model of index system whitch proposed in this paper is scientific, strong force, applicability better.The conclusion has a good reference value for China's electronic banking risk assessment and early warning theory research and practice management.
