Research On Risk Early Warning Of Electronic Information Enterprises R&D Project

The insufficient of R&D capacity is one of bottlenecks that restrict Chinese electronic information enterprises rapid development, characteristics of R&D activities of electronic information enterprises made it so important to carry on effective risk early warning management, which characteristics include high-tech, high input, high risk, high-yield, high growth and so on. In this paper, the mechanism, the main characteristics and early warning management of R&D projects risk of electronic information enterprises is studied deeply. First, in this paper electronic information enterprises status and problems were systematic analyzed; its R&D activities have many characteristics, such as multi-disciplinary integration, development and diffusion of technology fast, short development cycle, high-risk, high-yield and so on; its R&D project risk is a dynamic and speculative risk, have characteristics of double-effect, cumulative and so on; the ideas of risk early warning come from enterprises adversity theory, risk early warning can be divided into early warning analysis and early warning countermeasures. Second, early warning indicator system of electronic information enterprises R&D project risk is built, which on the basis of in-depth analysis of R&D project risk characteristics of electronic information enterprises and its factors affecting success, and the methods of empirical research and quantitative analysis is used. Then, to the questions and deficiencies of traditional early warning method neural network technology is introduced, and BP nerve network analysis method of early warning of its R&D project risk is put forward. Last, daily countermeasure and crisis countermeasure is put forward which based on the early warning characteristics of electronic information enterprises R&D project. The main innovation of this paper include: risk characteristics of electronic information enterprises R&D project is elaborated comprehensively and systematically; early warning indicator system of electronic information enterprises R&D project risk is built on the basis of empirical study; early warning method and countermeasure of electronic information enterprises R&D project risk is put forward.
