Crop germplasm resources are basic material for national economy and social development,which provide basic material for science and technology and production activities,and they play an important supporting role for science and technology innovation and economic development.National crop germplasm resources infrastructure is part of national science and technology infrastructure,and it provides open sharing services for people through integrating crop germplasm resources all over our country.National crop germplasm resources infrastructure proposed the method of achieving resources sharing service by information sharing service,and it put forward six service patterns including daily service,targeted service,demand service,display service,guidance service and tracking service,and these service patterns achieved remarkable service results.However,with development of information technology and further service needs,these original service patterns lack theoretical research systematically,the diversity is not enough,service efficiency needs to be improved,and service performance evaluation is not perfect.This dissertation proposed integrated query service pattern,personalized service pattern,data analysis service pattern,tracking service pattern,cooperative innovation service pattern by means of extending,improving,integrating and innovating these original service patterns,discussed theoretical basis of each service pattern,designed service patterns framework for national crop germplasm resources infrastructure,studied some key information technologies for implementing these service patterns,constructed service performance evaluation system to improve service performance evaluation mechanism for national crop germplasm infrastructure.This research is an extension and deepening of original service patterns for national crop germplasm infrastructure,research results can improve efficiency greatly,and it provides a reference for other science and technology infrastructure to improve service efficiency.The main research and work in this dissertation involves as follows:(1)Based on these original service patterns for national crop germplasm infrastructure,this dissertation proposed five service patterns including integrated query service pattern,personalized service pattern,data analysis service pattern,tracking service pattern,cooperative innovation service pattern by means of extending,improving,integrating and innovating these original service patterns,and formed an integral service pattern system.(2)This dissertation studied some key technologies of service patterns concerned.The dissertation proposed a semi-automated ontology construction method which combined structured data with unstructured data,constructed crop germplasm resources ontology model,used semantic metadata scheme to realize information integrated query,so as to improve query precision and query completeness.The dissertation proposed hierarchical dynamic user model building method,and gave recommendation steps based on this model,for the purpose of meeting different users' needs.The dissertation introduced information visualization methods into crop germplasm resources data analysis process,and analyzed crop germplasm resources data using a variety of visualization methods to facilitate germplasm resources used effectively.This dissertation designed tracking service scheme which combined service tracking with resources distribution,each distributed resource was marked by coding,and generated QR code to facilitate tracking process.This dissertation proposed cooperative innovation service pattern in theory,and constructed cooperative innovation service model to further enhance the creativity of science and technology infrastructure.(3)According to these principles that evaluation indexes should be scientific,comprehensive,systematic and sustainable,this dissertation redesigned service performance evaluation indexes on the basis of original performance evaluation indexes,calculated their weights,and constructed multi-dimensional and multi-index service performance evaluation system for national crop germplasm infrastructure.The dissertation evaluated service effectiveness quantitatively during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period using the evaluation system.The dissertation improved the original performance evaluation mechanism according to the characteristics of crop germplasm resources infrastructure.
