Research On The Connotative Development Of Farmer Cooperatives Of Jilin Province

Farmer cooperatives is important organization mode of the agricultural modernization,scale,industrialization.It is to promote the farmers' income,increase agricultural efficiency,improve the competitiveness of agricultural products.Since the farmers' professional cooperatives law enacted,the number of farmers' cooperatives unprecedented increase in our country.Until the end of October 2016,the registration is 174.9 in accordance with the law of farmers cooperatives,increaser30.81% than 2015.farmers in the Farmer cooperatives accounted for about 42.7% of the total number of Chinese farmers.The average members of Farmer cooperatives is 61.The nation pay attention to the number of farmer cooperatives also pay attention to quality improvement of the cooperative.As demonstration and construction of the country's support for the cooperative,the cooperative function weakened,the differentiation of internal management level is serious,the role is not to play out.Therefore the future development of farmer cooperatives need in-depth reform,improving competitiveness,stimulating the vitality,enhancing strength.In the process of quantitative changing qualitative,it implement connotative development of cooperatives.The farmers' professional cooperatives law is the criterion.It adhere to the "private benefits",to manage,people for the purpose,.Starting from the cooperatives' condition,it standard operation mechanism,perfect organizational structure and management mechanism,improve the member's own quality,enhance competitiveness.Making the broad masses of farmers fairly enjoy the democratic rights and economic interests.It play role of the conomic and social contribution.The research content and results are divided into four parts.The first part includes four chapters: the first chapter mainly elaborated the research purpose,significance,research methods,innovation and deficiency.The second chapter mainly elaborated the research progress of domestic and foreign relevant theory and basic theory.Basic theory includes transaction costs theory,property theory,institutional change,etc.The third chapter mainly elaborates the farmers cooperative development of related concept and the necessity of cooperative connotative development.The fourth chapter described development of jilin province farmer cooperatives on the basis of the developmental status of farmer cooperatives.Through this paper,and the present situation of jilin province,the history of development of farmer cooperatives in China have a comprehensive understanding.This part belongs to basic research content.The second part includes 1 chapter.The chapter mainly analyzed specific case.In the process of case analysis of cooperatives of connotative development,the examination conditions were defined.The part select six specific case to expound cooperative research related theory.This part mainly made for the second part and the third part of the description and analysis of preparations in theory.The jilin province 61 cooperative survey data was divided into the connotative development and non-connotative development under the examination conditions.For the following function evaluation and the analysis of the governance structure,it provides the basis.The third part includes chapter two: the function evaluation and governance innovation of the thesis is mainly reflected : review condition of connotative development was posed,and investigation can be divided into two kinds of connotative development and non connotative development cooperative according to the review condition.The paper introduced the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),and cooperation function evaluation system is established.Specific data of investigate object was generated into the evaluation system model,based on reality analysis results of two kinds of cooperatives to illustrates the performance of the cooperative governance.And the paper used the econometric model to find out the problems existing in the governance structure.Based on the above study the paper put forward feasible strategies to improve farmers' cooperatives connotative development and promote the healthy growth of the farmers' cooperatives in our province.
