Research On The Development And Governance Of Farmers Professional Cooperatives In Heilongjiang Province

Farmers Professional Cooperatives are under the premise of the householdcontract management conditions, combining with the providers and users of theservice in agricultural production and management, or business operators withsimilar agricultural production, democratic and voluntary cooperative economicorganization. Farmers Professional Cooperatives have been in development formany years, and have become the mainstream of the development of the ruraleconomy. Based on the actual development of Farmer Professional Cooperatives ofHeilongjiang Province, the paper analyses the current situation with the combinationof theory and practice.First, the paper combines the process of the development of FarmersProfessional Cooperatives. At the macro level, the paper looks at theoverall level of development, including the number of development, the industrialstructure and the industrial source of strength. On this basis, this paper summed upthe prominent role of Farmers Professional Cooperatives in market transactions,information processing, agricultural development and resource utilization. T hroughcomparison with five different industries of Farmer Professional Cooperatives cases.At the micro level, this paper takes328cooperatives basic information of as thestudy sample, and use13basic information after screening. This paper has a certainunderstanding about personnel situation, agricultural production and operationthrough statistical analysis.Again, this paper proposes management strategies to promote the developmentof Farmers Professional Cooperatives. On the basis of theoretical analysis andpractical analysis, combined with the existing problems, this paper makes a fewsuggestions from the market and government.Overall, this paper make a more detailed analysis about Farmers ProfessionalCooperatives in Heilongjiang Province with literature study, theoretical analysis, empirical analysis, statistical analysis and other research methods.
