Research On The Mechanism Of The Intellectual Capital Of High-tech Enterprises On The Knowledge Sharing Ability Of Supply Chain

Economically,the cost-efficient competition gives way to knowledge-capability competition in the era of knowledge economy.The importance of knowledge has been elevated to an unprecedented level,because it is closely related to business performance,supply chain operation efficiency and national economic growth.In policy terms,China has implemented an innovation-driven development strategy.The supply chain knowledge-sharing will promote to form a new situation with deep integration and open innovation.Practically,as a key approach to acquire external knowledge,an enterprise' supply chain knowledge-sharing capacity will affect its status of external knowledge resources directly,and then its innovation performance as well as the whole competitiveness.Theoretically,though with rather abundant achievements on the connotation,motivation and importance of supply chain knowledge-sharing as well as its influences on innovation performance,studies on how to improve supply chain knowledge-sharing is still in fancy.Based on the above background mentioned,this paper takes the knowledge intensive economic entity--high-tech enterprises as the research object,through constructing the research framework of the influence of intellectual capital on knowledge sharing capability of supply chain,exploring the action mechanism of intellectual capital of high-tech enterprises on knowledge sharing capability of supply chain,in order to provide paths for high-tech enterprises to improve supply chain knowledge sharing ability.This paper conducted works as follows by surrounding the topic of "Improving supply chain knowledge-sharing capacity of new high-tech enterprises from the perspective of intellectual capital".First of all,this paper defined intellectual capital and supply chain knowledge-sharing capacity etc and then proposed hypotheses on the relationship between the supply chain knowledge absorptive capacity dimension and the supply chain knowledge diffusion capacity dimension from the perspective of human capital,relational capital and structural capital based on document researches and logical reasoning.Then,based on the principle of scientificity,comprehensiveness,operability and independence,this paper collected measurement indexes of intellectual capital and supply chain knowledge-sharing through document research and then supplement,merge and adjust partial indexes by combining expert opinions to form the corresponding items.Finally,the rough sets reduction technology was used to simplify items so as to form a measurement scale about intellectual capital and supply chain knowledge-sharing capacity of new high-tech enterprises.Further,the formal measurement scale was formed after its distribution,recovery,analysis and amendment.It can be learned from 310 effective questionnaires by structural equation modeling that the human capital,relational capital and structural capital have positive influences on supply chain knowledge absorptive capacity;the human capital and relational capital have positive influences on supply chain knowledge diffusion capacity,while the structural capital was not relevant to supply chain knowledge diffusion capacity.Finally,based on analysis on structural equations,this paper further adopted a multiple linear regression to analyze influences of the next level indexes of the human capital,relational capital and structural capital on the supply chain knowledge absorptive capacity as well as the supply chain knowledge diffusion capacity.Through the study of the influence of intellectual capital sub factors on absorptive capacity of supply chain knowledge,we find that concerning human capital segmentation factors,employees' education level,working life,technical background richness and willingness to risk have positive impact on absorptive capacity of supply chain knowledge;concerning relational capital segmentation factors,firms' joint action,mutual trust and benefit consideration have positive impact on the absorptive capacity of supply chain knowledge;concerning structural capital,internal open organizational culture,good information and communication infrastructure,good motivation and effective learning system construction,flat structure,construction of knowledge base have positive impact on the absorptive capacity of supply chain knowledge.Through the study of the influence of intellectual capital sub factors on diffusion ability capacity of supply chain knowledge,we find that concerning human capital segmentation factors,employees' education level,staff working life,technical background richness have positive impact on diffusion ability capacity of supply chain knowledge,although willingness to risk of employee has a positive impact on technology diffusion capacity,however the degree of influence is relatively low;concerning relational capital,enterprises acting together and trust each other,mutual interests and behavior has positive impact on supply chain knowledge diffusion ability.Finally,based on the empirical analysis,we put forward some strategies for high-tech enterprises to rely on intellectual capital to improve the knowledge sharing ability of supply chain,including 13 strategies to improve the knowledge absorptive capacity and 8 strategies to improve the knowledge diffusion capability.
