Research On The Mechanism Of Intellectual Property Sharing Among Intellectual Property Companies In Supply Chain

In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge resources have been changing the standards and the rules of competition to measure the enterprise comprehensive strength,and the knowledge capital has become an important capital for enterprises.It is increasingly dependent on intellectual capital for the sustainable development and innovation capability of enterprises.Intellectual capital will become the dominant factor for the enterprise profit.In the meantime,the supply chain has been widely and rapidly growing because of the effective integration of the internal and external resources.The competition among enterprises has been gradually transformed into competition among the supply chains.Intellectual capital is the focus and core competition,and the supply chain is the mode and method of competition.What is the relationship between the above two?The domestic and foreign scholars generally recognize the positive relationship between intellectual capital and performance,and also recognize that knowledge sharing is help for enhancing intellectual capital.The two is the coupling relationship for the interaction and the mutual promotion.How to make use of the supply chain characteristics and the organization advantages,and increase the intellectual capital by means of knowledge sharing.This paper will try to make a deep discussion and research on the connotation mechanism.Supply chain is one kind of network chained structure.There are logistics flow,capital flow,information flow and knowledge flow among supply chain enterprises.The lower level cooperation among supply chain enterprises tend to logistics flow,while the higher level cooperation is focused on the knowledge flow.The enterprise performance will be improved through the smooth flow and sharing of knowledge flow.In a broad sense,supply chain is also a kind of sharing mode,which is the cooperation and sharing of enterprise resources.Therefore,knowledge sharing is the depth development of supply chain cooperation.However,the relationship and complementary are not the same because the enterprises belong to different organization.The members characteristic is very different,e.g.the foundation,production and target,or the demand,means,ability to intellectual capital and other aspects.Meanwhile,the knowledge itself characteristics of complexity,tacit and adhesion etc.,as well as the factors of organization willingness and motivation etc.will greatly influence the effectiveness of knowledge transfer and sharing.The natural flow of knowledge under the general conditions will lead to a "free rider" behavior to a large extent.So,it is the need for a certain restraint mechanism.It is the focus and the objectives of this paper that study on the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among supply chain enterprises to build a reasonable knowledge sharing mechanism,which is scientific management mode to promote properly the knowledge sharing in order.to improve the enterprise's intellectual capital.Based on the above,literature research mainly involves supply chain knowledge sharing and intellectual capital in a wide range of home and abroad.The sample data are obtained by way of the interview and investigation of the supply chain enterprises.This paper re-examine the knowledge sharing inner mechanism oriented intellectual capital.It puts forward hypothesis on the relationship between knowledge sharing and intellectual capital.It designs one structure of theoretical model,and also the related variables and measurement items.It improves the test items and questionnaire through the reliability test by SPSS.It obtains more comprehensive cross-section sample data by the survey to the domestic logistics equipment industry enterprises.It confirms model validity by exploratory factor analysis(EFA)and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA).It respectively analyses the main effect,mediating effect and moderating effect of structural equation model(SEM),and also get the corresponding mechanism by inspecting the variable path and load factors.On the base of static mechanism research,it constructs the self-organizing synergetic evolvement system of enterprises,supply sharing willingness and intellectual capital.The system meets synergy evolution condition and self-organizing characteristics.It draws lessons from the theory of complex system,and then builds the evolution equations as a reference of of the "B-Z" model.It gets the evolution path of the supply chain enterprises,sharing willingness and intellectual capital By Matlab.It may draw a conclusion of the dynamic evolution mechanism of knowledge sharing among supply chain enterprises oriented intellectual capital through comprehensive analysis.This paper reasonably combines the theory of rational behavior,social influence and the synergetic self-organization.It reviews the logical relationship between knowledge sharing and intellectual,and the synergetic relationship among supply chain enterprises,sharing willingness and intellectual capital.The paper gets the further inner mechanism of knowledge sharing and sums up the mechanism of promoting sharing effect through the combination of qualitative and quantitative research,and the combination of static and dynamic mechanism research.The research conclusion may achieve the following innovation:(1)The paper combines the two research fields of knowledge sharing and intellectual capital.It builds the relationship framework and the structural equation model between knowledge sharing and intellectual capital among supply chain enterprises.(2)The paper constructs the self-organizing synergetic model of enterprises,sharing willingness and intellectual capital.It explores the dynamic mechanism of knowledge sharing through the simulation of evolution equation.(3)The paper tries to apply "B-Z" model to the research field of knowledge sharing in supply chain.It may explore one kind of new method for the mechanism research of knowledge sharing impacting on intellectual capital among supply chain enterprises.The paper furthermore clarifies the mechanism of knowledge sharing impacting on intellectual capital among supply chain enterprises.It expands the knowledge management method,and enriches supply chain management connotation.The above research process and conclusion have positive academic and practical significance.
