Along with the increase of customers' demand variety and the improving requirements of product quality,the ensurance of product quality in logistics system is becoming more and more important,especially in cold chain logistics system.The high product quality of transportation and storage of cold chain products can ensure consumers get various cold chain products,which need a reliable and high-performance cold chain logistics network,ensuring the safe delivery of cold chain products from the manufacturer to the consumer.In recent years,with the proposition of food security,logistics management and cold chain logistics theory,and the development of vehicle positioning,refrigeration technology and intelligent client applications,the cold chain logistics industry in China is gradually developed.However,the cold chain logistics industy started late in China,there are many cold chain logistics systems still in their elementary stages of construction.The irrationality of most cold chain network programming and outdated infrastructures and logistics equipments make our logistics costs significantly higher than the costs in developed countries.The circulation rate and transportation efficiency of cold chain logistics in China are low,there are also a lot of resource wastes.According to the statistics,there are losses due to perishable goods in the transportation and storage of cold chain products,which causes the unnecessary loss of cold chain logistics network.In recent years,the relevant departments of the state gradually realize the cold chain logistics industry system in China is a weak link in the logistics system,a comprehensive measure of the cost of cold chain logistics system and establishing an improved cold chain logistics network system are important.These can not only reduce the priceof cold chain products to meet people's needs,but alsocan improve the development level of our economic society to a great extent.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem that how to improve the allocation of China's cold chain logistics network system,with the consideration of total costsin cold chain logistics system including damage cost.This paper considers various costs inthe cold chain logistics systemand optimizes the cold chain logistics network problem.The objective is to reduce the total costs of cold chain logistics system and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cold chain logistics network system.The main work of this paperis as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes three problems in detail:the cold chain logistics network,three-layer damage in cold chain,and the integrated locationinventoryrouting problem.The characteristics of cold chain logistics network are summarized combined with the particularity of cold chain logistics and the development of cold chain logistics technology.The three-layer damage in cold chain logistics network,cold chain logistics and the integrated locationinventoryrouting problem are described in detail.The meaning of goods loss and its causes are specified.The research fundation andparticularity of the integration problem are analyzed.Secondly,due to the irreversible and non-ignorable features of cold chain products,this paper studies two kinds of cold chain products.The one is product with linear distributiondeterioration rate,the other one is product with Weibull distribution deterioration rate.The corresponding function and graphical representation of each kind of cold chain products are analyzed.According to these two kinds of cold chain products,through the study of critical data,such as goodsintact rate,actual transport quantity,and loss quantity in transit,the three level damage cost models are established respectively.In previous study,scholars tended to optimize the inventory problem of cold chain distribution centers with the objective of minimizing the total inventory cost.This paper focuses on the entire cold chain logistics network,regards the network optimization as the goal,establishes stochastic inventory control model of cold chain logistics distribution center.This paper considers the randomness of demands and damage cost of cold chain products,conducts a research in cold chain logistics networkinventory optimization.Thirdly,considering the time dependence of cold chain products,this paper considers stochastics demands and time wondows of customers.Its objective is to minimize total distribution cost.Taking the damage cost of cold chain products into account,a vehicle routing optimization model is established and the ant colony algorithm is designed to solve this problem.The numerical example is tested and verifies the validity of the proposed model and algorithm.In this method,an optimized cold chain logistics vehicle routing plan can be generated.Finally,based on the above research,this paper conducts a in-depth research on the cold chain logistics network,consisting of suppliers,distribution centers and customers.The integrated optimization model is constructed and the solving algorithm is designed.Since there is a situation that some customers require delivery and pickup services,the integratedlocationinventoryrouting problem in simultaneously pickup and delivery scenario is also studied.The research in this paper can solve the location problem,inventory optimization problem and vehicle routing problem in cold chain logistics network simultaneously,and get the optimal solution.The solution can determine the number and location of selected distribution centers,and their customer service scope.It can also get the optimal vehicle routing plan and the optimal inventory control strategy.The objective is to realize cold chain logistics system optimization,in order to better meet the needs of customer demand,achieve the lowest total logistics cost and make ashort-term optimization scheme for the cold chain logistics network.Numberical examples verifie the feasibility and practicality of the proposed optimization model considering freight damage cost.
