Research On Local Leadership Thinking In China

In the past 40 years of China's reform and opening up,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered into a new era.China's confronting problems during the process of comprehensive deepening reform has focused on the local leadership thinking.On the one hand,our society has undergone tremendous changes in general with the steady progress of comprehensively deepen reform since the 18 th and 19 th National Congress of the CPC.However,the traditional empiricism and dogmatic way of thinking still exists in some local leaders,for which the macropolicy cannot get real implementation,and seriously impeded the deepen reform process;on the other hand,the leadership thinking has become a new focus in the academic field since 2015,however,related studies in the discussion of local leadership thinking is weak due to lack of reality reviews.According to the theory above and realistic issues,focusing on logic and history,reality state and practical state,this article combines the science of thinking and practical philosophy and discusses the local leadership thinking for further research.The article tries to discuss abstract intellectual thinking and practical dialectical thinking and redefine the concept of local leadership and local leadership thinking and its essence.The essential stipulation of local leaders is that their leadership activities must aim not only at the specific implementation of goals,but also on the basis of concrete experience summarization,so as to realize the feedback of target implementation and grasp the rule and clarify nature and characteristics the local leaders thinking theoretically.On this basis,this paper investigates the history development and vicissitude of the local leaders since the founding of People's Republic of China,which reveals the reality state of local leadership thinking and compare with the investigation of the practical state of local leadership thinking.And then the transformation of the local leadership thinking is the result of history and reality which is caused by “Forced” mechanism,and points out that the transformation of local leadership thinking which make dialectical thinking valid.Finally,it proposes countermeasures for the specific approaches of the transformation of the Chinese contemporary local leadership thinking.
