Economic Power,economic Rights And Economic Growth

On the basis of the theoretical research of the economic growth,the concept and significance of the economic power was not understand sufficiently,while the function that the economic power has in the resource collocation,the reform of regulations and the economy growth is crucial.According to the current theory and the proved research,the author systematically summarizes and concludes the connotation and extension of the economic power,and discusses the relationship between the economic power,and the economic rights.Based on the symbiotic relationship of the economic power,and the economic rights,the study of the systems and the reasons of how the power relations work in the process of economic growth has been extended.Furthermore,the author studies the logical relations of the economic power behind the resource collocation,the economic growth and the reform of regulations.The following step is to analyze the function that nations have in the reform of regulations and the internal connection with the economic rights and the economic power,looking forward to,through the regulation arrangement led by the nations,decentralizing the economic rights and adjust the power construction to promote the economic growth.At last,starting from the history of the reform in China,based on the reform of agriculture system,the author launches the inspection and quantitative analysis,points out the fact of empowerment in the reform,analyzes the path of the empowerment;conclude the experience of the empowerment and the fact of the power imbalance,purposing on the suggestion to the next step reform target adjustment.In general,the conclusion of this dissertation is as following:Firstly,the economic power is the influence that the economic subjects have to others with the various resources they grasp.The purpose that the economic subjects use the power is to obtain more interests and the distribution of the economic power determines the arrangement of the resource collocation,the economic performance and the arrangement of economic regulations.The content of the economic power contains two layers,one is the resource that the economic subjects already have and the economic position they have,the other is the dynamic state that the economic subjects chase after more resources and bigger interest.Secondly,the economic right is the ability and possibility that the economic subjects obtain and protect the economic interests,and the economic power and the economic rights have the close connection to each other.The economic subjects obtain interests through the legal rights and then get the economic power that influences other subjects.At the same time,the economic subjects can also react upon the regulation through the expansion of their economic power and change the subject's economic power through the regulation design.Thirdly,on the basis of recognizing the economic rights,the source of the economic power can be summarized as two aspects,the static and the dynamic: the former is the resources that the economic subjects grasp at an exact time,while the latter is the ability that the economic subjects obtain more resources,which is the definition to the economic rights under the present regulation arrangement.The rights equality and inequality among the economic subject need to be distinguished.If the power relationship is formed under the rights equality,and the rights relationship in the execution of the whole contract will not be offended by the rights inequality,the economic subjects have ability to protect their own interests even under offense.Then the existence of the internal rights relationship is neutral and fair.
