"One-map" of land is the multi-source information collection of remote sensing,land use present situation,the basic farmland,remote sensing monitoring,land survey and based geography,It overlays the administrative regulatory systems of territorial resources plan,examine and approve,supply,complement,development,and enforce the law to structure the unified comprehensive supervisory platform together,Afterwads,it will realize the resource exploitation and utilization which could be seen in the sky,managed online,checked on the ground,which realizes the goal of resource dynamic supervision.The essence of "map" is data;The essence of "One-map" of land is data integration.Therefore,first,the "One-map" of land project is the data project.It need to realize the standardizing neatened,integration,quality control of all kinds of territorial resources dates,and integrated library;Secondly,it is the software engineering.It realizes integrated management and shared service of all dates in the "One-map" of land.Traditional vector topographic map data production is based in sheet,which has a low data change efficiency and historical data redundancy.It has a strong impact on the stability of the data management system and the maneuverability of the data change.The date change production is based in sheet too.When the date is changed,the whole production process needs to collect the data which contains the whole sheet of variation range,and then use framing new data to replace original sheet data.This data update mode is the traditional sheet level data updating mode,is the data updating mode facing sheet data administration and production model.The characteristic of spatial data store and managed is magnanimous data storage sustaining and fast inquiring interview.Spatial data doesn't need to divide the sheet artificially for the problems of interview efficiency or storage space.But the spatial data updating is made to have higher frequency and more uncertain scope,with basic surveying and mapping mode updating and changing,and with surveying department and other government specialized department(traffic,water conservancy,civil administration and forestry etc.)make data sharing and exchanging aperiodically.Sheet level data updating mode adapts this fast arbitrary scope data updating very hard,so,the study on the multi-source spatial data hierarchy change method has very important practical significance for the spatial data updated efficiently and accurately.The significance of subject,research status domestic and overseas,common problems and development trend are introduced in this article.Based on it,this article analyses the basic conception of "One-map" of land,presents the national industry standard,standardizes data taxonomy and data reference standard;expounds the basic concept of spatial database,introduces the object-oriented spatial data model,spatial database engine technology and the theoretical basis of components GIS techniques,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of data management version,proposes the selection scheme of the data platform.Centering on multidimensional and multi-source spatial data loadings coordinate conversion,metadata management,data and security module design,this article elaborates spatial database building and spatial data loading,which creates a solid foundation for researching of multi-source spatial data management method and the design and implementation of "One-map" of land data management system;describes the integration and hierarchical update of multi-source spatial data design contents,narrates the management of multi-source spatial data with examples.The paper details the design and realization of "One-map" of land platform,and design thought,system architecture,application system design and function design of the platform;realizes the platform built of "One-map" of land,by means of research and application on the kernel method of multi-source spatial data administration.In this paper,multi-source spatial data layers changed method is innovated,and it is expounded and proved by intact experiment combining with the date extraction,storage,and alteration.The handling methods of necrosis cases,history relation lost problems are studied.Management system of multi-source spatial data is perfected.Present situation and veracity of multi-source spatial data are improved more.
