Saertu Oilfield in Songliao Basin is at the later stage of development,it is increasingly urgent to find out the remaining potential reservoir,one of the key existing geological issues is how to accurately determine the sand type,sand combination,and sand fine distribution to provide the fundamental geological knowledge for further predication and production of remaining oil in the existing high-density network drilled wells region.Therefore,this paper took representative Saertu Oilfield as object of study,isochronous substrata correlation was carried out in the main formation,two fine sedimentary faces maps was complied based on wells correlation,well seismic ties,supported by high quality 3D seismic data and dissected Changyuan Oilfield,a series of sedimentary sand type,sand distribution and lateral distribution,etc was resolved using the sedimentary theories,as well as provide the basic for lateral predication.Based on the comparison of the base level cycle and sedimentary cycle in high-density wells research area,it is considered that two methods have high similarity,the method of faces controlled cycle substrata correlation is isochronous,and feasible and reasonable,Using correlation of sedimentary cycles to build sophisticated time unit,the objective formation S?15+16 units was divided into two substrata.The research area develops river-controlled delta system where the shoreline is the most important sedimentary dynamics boundaries,sedimentary environments and sedimentary faces in shallow water delta,based on the shale colors and combination,micro/constant elements,the change of sandstone shape,deposition thickness,min-face changes according to well correlation,it shows shoreline EW in general,a large concave bay develops in Mid-western section,shoreline controls the microfacies sand body description patterns.The main skeleton faces in research area are delta plain to delta plain branch channel sand body,according to research of the basic principles of channel evolution and the type the alluvial river,it indicates that the western rivers in the research area is stable braided type,the eastern rivers slightly curved and straight type.Through theoretical study of the hydrodynamics of branchings,it manifests that it consistent with "diversion" and "convergence" depositional model,therefore,based on this patterm,it is feasible to predict isolated distribution of microfacies sand body.Based on the theory of Seismic Sedimentology,the seismic attributions and seismic strata slice,attributions optimization,attributions map and microfacies matching analysis,the practice proved that the seismic attributes map and sedimentary facies has consistent features in general,as to isolated details,the paper also summarized the reasons and analysis for effect of lateral sandstone distribution prediction under different seismic attributions...
