For the open-pit crushing equipment,its supporting equipment running status of load fluctuation and feed crushing process control technology is complex,there are also some technical bottlenecks,such as jam blocking failure,large manual operation intensity and low precision,high operating energy loss,lack of effectiveness etc.Therefore,this graduation thesis proposed an open-pit mine crushing station feed crushing coordinated speed control technology,which is based on the sensor device monitoring the load status of the crusher and the plate feeder.Through the “double-machine” coordinated speed control function,the jamming rate of the crusher can be reduced,the operation effect of the crushing station can be improved,the energy loss of the crushing station operation can be reduced,and the unattended function can be realized.It is an efficient,economical,stable and advanced intelligent feed crushing control method.This research mainly focuses on the crushing process of feeding crush process and the “two-machine” coordinated speed control strategy.By analyzing the state characteristics of crushing station operation and the main factors affecting the operation effect of crushing station,an evaluation index system for crushing station operation effect influencing factors was constructed.Based on the evaluation of each index by the OEE model of the crushing station,the key to improving the crushing performance is to improve the performance of broken rate.Thus,based on the analysis of the coupling relationship between multi-sensor monitoring variables and PID control variables,a coordinated control strategy is adopted to propose an intelligent control framework for the crushing station,which broken the traditional concept of optimizing the operation of the crushing station,providing a new way to explore the collaborative regulation of speed regulation and crushing.The model of feed crushing process in the crushing station was studied through the analysis of working condition data.The relationship between the variables in the feed crushing process was analyzed.The dynamic models of feed quantity and crushing capacity was constructed,and the load state model and crushing effect influencing factor model based on the multi-variable coupling relationship were established.The use of PROE and SOLIDWORK software to establish a virtual model of material particles and high-precision plate feeder,crusher.The EDEM discrete element simulation software was used to establish the particle model of the in-feed particle size distribution,physical properties,and the simulation plant for the feed crushing process,and through the calculation,this research sets the material particles and mechanical movement and mechanical characteristics parameters.Through the simulation output of the feed crushing process,the changing rule of the multi-parameter coupling coordinated speed regulation crushing effect of different feed characteristics was analyzed.Based on the proposed mathematical model of the amount of feed and the amount of discharge,and combined with simulation data,a multi-parameter coupling and coordinated speed regulation crushing strategy was proposed.Therefore,it provides an important theoretical and application basis for improving the control effect of crushing station operation and suppressing the energy loss of crushing station operation.The plate feeder feeding and double tooth roller crusher in crushing cavity material level,motor current,speed reducer oil temperature monitoring variable value fluctuations,in order to effectively control the crusher station running condition and results in a stable range,realize the crusher and feeder plate good synergistic speed crushing performance,Avoid heavy load and overload" phenomenon.The fuzzy theory is used to classify and determine the load state of the crusher,and a BP neural network model is constructed to accurately identify the load state.Then,the corresponding “two-machine” load state(such as normal and low load)is adopted accordingly.Through the research and development of the crushing station intelligent collaborative crushing technology and control strategy,this research applied them to the actual production process of the raw coal screening crushing system in the Baorixilei open coal mine,compared with the manual control method in th0065 past,the over-powder rate was controlled within 3%,reduced by about 54%;crushing efficiency increased by 25%,approaching 83% of rated operating efficiency;the annual number of failures of jams was reduced from 103 to 35.the single-failure treatment time was reduced by 52 minutes and the annual operating time was increased by 100 hours;the energy consumption output cost was saved by about 650,000 yuan,the labor cost was reduced by 400,000 yuan,and spare parts and equipment cost was reduced by about 1 million yuan,the total cost savings is about 2.05 million yuan.The production cost per ton of coal in the crushing station has been reduced by 0.2 yuan/t,and the annual total cost savings for two sets of raw coal crushing and screening production systems are about 4.8 million yuan.The practical results show that the crushing station's intelligent coordinated speed control crushing control technology has obvious application effect,which is superior to the manual control mode,and greatly reduces the occurrence of crusher's “blow feed” and “jam blocking” production accidents;and effectively inhibits the crushing station.The loss of energy consumption in operation has resulted in a significant improvement in production efficiency and has achieved great economic benefits.
