At present,in the process of petroleum and chemical production in China,the accidents of equipment corrosion leakage caused by inferior crude oil occur frequently.As the source of oil refining chemical industry production,the corrosion situation of the equipment and pipeline of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is particularly prominent.Therefore,the corrosion monitoring and inspection and the effective control of corrosion for atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit have become one of the top priority things,and will also reduce the corrosion of follow units.With the continuous development of the Internet of things technology,corrosion protection experts began to explore applying IOT to corrosion protection work.This paper takes the typical atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and its circulating water system as the research object,and carries out the research based on the Internet of things of corrosion monitoring and control technology.The core of the Internet of things is the relationship between things and things.This paper based on the study of the process analysis and the corrosion mechanism in Atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit developed the division of corrosion circuit,and then took corrosion circuit as the research object,analyzed the main parameters affecting corrosion.This paper divided the parameters affecting corrosion into dynamic and static factors,and the dynamic effect factors were subdivided into corrosive substance parameter,production process parameters and corrosion results of three kinds of parameters,then systemically researched,and summarized the characteristics and common monitoring technology of all kinds of parameters.By using big data analysis at the same time,with the large amounts of data from corrosion case and corrosion check database as the basis,the corrosion character of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was characterized and the circuit division was verified at the same time.For the parameters of corrosion status of the equipment that can be characterized real-time monitoring is the foundation of the Internet of things technology application.At present there are still many key corrosion parameters failed to realize on-line monitoring.Aiming at this problem,the research has developed two new monitoring technology for test and application.Research content include the on-line monitoring instrument which can measure the HCl and H2S gas content of atmospheric tower top,and can realize real-time monitoring for the water leakage situation water oil leak online monitoring technology.In addition,based on the problem of iron ion still unable to realize online monitoring,in this paper,by constructing deep learning model of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit atmospheric tower circuit of oil and gas,atmospheric tower and line loop,and circulating water system were analyzed,which achieved to find out the main factors influencing corrosion,and realizes the prediction and early warming of iron ion concentration.In the study of the corrosion control technology based on Internet of things,this paper used risk based on corrosion management and control technology,and its main support technology integrity operating window were intensively studied.In this paper the important corrosion circuit in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is used as object to constructed integrity operating window,and parameters,boundary value and overrun the response behavior integrity operating window were determined.Then in view of the present disadvantage of artificial injection agent data lag,intermittent,and additive dose fuzzy,a set of complete note agent automatic control scheme was designed.Finally,the paper on the basis of corrosion monitoring data of a petrochemical company,research and development of the integration of corrosion monitoring system based on the technology of Internet of things.The system implements the association query,analysis and early warning function between operating parameters and corrosion monitoring data,and by using integrity operating window technology,dynamically control corrosion status.When the equipment is abnormal condition,it can realize the physical contact between things independently and analysis each other,and eventually it can provide the design basis and technical support for achieving the goal of guiding device adjust running state automatically according to the results of the analysis.
