Making a mining scheme is an important work in the feasibility study for underground metal mine.The solution will be the basis for mining investment decision-making,which is the guidance for comprehensive utilization of mineral resources,benefit estimation and risk analysis.Mining scheme not only needs to consider the technical feasibility,but also the economy and management feasibility.Modern mines have formed an approach to make mining scheme based on three-dimensional orebody model,which is more economical,reasonable and efficient than traditional mining scheme.The approach not only improves the management level and economic benefits of mining enterprises,but also reduces the possibility of internal and external risks.Therefore,economic block model is constructed considering the modern mining shceme approach,which is treated as the basic data.The optimization content for underground mine is divided into three parts,including stope layout,development layout and producing scheduling optimization.Furthermore,an integrated optimization model is proposed to establish the relationship between multiple optimization contents.The influence of geological uncertainty on mining scheme is analyzed based on conditional simulation methods.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The orebody block model is constructed using mining sofrware.Comprehensive economy factors(i.e.mining cost,processing cost and product price)are analysed to calculate the value of each block.So the block value model is obtained.(2)The key steps of mining scheme using the mining software are analysed.The optimization contents for underground mine are proposed including stope layout,development layout and production scheduling optimization based on block value model.Some optimization models are proposed to make the mining shceme automatically.(3)The difference of extension cost and transportation cost of each block is taken into accounte.A refined accounting model of mining block cost is established,and the influence of block space location on its mining value is further discuessed.(4)An integrated optimization model for mining layout is constructed using 0-1 integer nolinear programming with the goal of maximizing benefits subj ect to the situation of stope overlapping.The stope mining status is treated as the decision-making variable.In order to solve the non-linear formulation,an algorithm based on penalty function and Genetic Algorithm has been proposed.(5)Based on the principle of time-value of money,the influence of time factor on the value of mineral resources mining is considered,and the sequence of ore mining is optimized.The objective function is to maximize the net present value while meeting the mining capacity,extracting capacity,transportation capacity,ore quality requirement and the time-space relationship between the development and mining.An integrated optimization model of mine planning for underground metal mine is established,and an algorithm of the large-scale linear programming model is given.(6)The optimization model and algorithm are programmed into a software module by using software engineering method.The optimization process is sorted out and the function model is designed.The optimization software is developed by using C#programming language.(7)Taking an underground metal mine in Shandong Province as the research background,this paper analyzed the lithology and grade of the orebody,studied the resource evaluation method and index system for layered ore bodies,and then established the resource evaluation model.And then we used the optimization model to optimize the mining planning,conducted model validation and results analysis,and carried out a sensitivity analysis on the mining scheme.(8)The condition simulation method in geostatistics is used to evaluate the orebody.Comprehensively,the risk caused by the ore-body etimation algorithm is analyzed,and the quantification method of geological uncertainty was proposed.In summary,this paper optimizes the mining scheme from the perspective of maximizing economic benefits and rational utilization of resources.Based on the block value model,the optimization model is constructed,and the algorithm for solving the model is proposed.Moreover,the optimization model and algorithm are developed.Finally,a case study in Shandong Province is carried out.Condition simulation methods were used to quantify and evaluate geological risks.The ideas and achievements of the research have significant reference for the optimization of underground metal mining scheme.
