With the rapid development of social economy,the proportion of imported crude oil has been increasing,the demand gap of high quality clean energy has been growing.In order to promote the rapid development of social economy and the security of energy strategy,it is urgent to establish a stable clean energy supply.Inner Mongolia is rich in coalbed methane resources(CBM).The key problem to rapidly promote the exploration,development and utilization of CBM focus on how to objectively evaluate the existing state of CBM resources and carry out the comprehensive evaluation of exploration,development and utilization of CBM resources in the enrichment area.Based on the investigation and evaluation of CBM resources,this paper will begin with the study on the potential and occurrence characteristics of CBM resources in Inner Mongolia,optimizing the evaluation technology system of CBM geological constituency,also optimize the target area according to the regional characteristics and carry out the pilot test of CBM development and utilization.On this basis,through the comprehensive study of the regional energy consumption structure and its changing law by the market demand of civil,power generation,power fuel and chemical energy in Hailar area,the prospect of CBM exploration and development is preliminarily predicted,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the restrictive factors affecting the development of CBM industry.The main achievements and understandings are as follows:1.CBM resources is rich in Inner Mongoila,it is distributed in Ordos Basin of north margin,Erlian Basin group and Hailar Basin group.However,with lower degree of exploration overall,among them,mainly distributed in Yakeshi-Wujiu coalfield,Daxishan coalfield,Hulunhu sag and Huhehu sag.2.According to the results of coal and CBM geological exploration in Inner Mongolia,the first study on the evaluation of low rank CBM in the study area was carried out,and the evaluation technology system suitable for the selection of low rank coalbed methane in Hailar area was optimized,which provided guidance for the establishment of the evaluation standard technology system of low rank CBM in Inner Mongolia.3.The yakeshi-wujiu coalfield in Hailar area of Inner Mongolia is selected as the pilot test base for the development and utilization of CBM by optimizing the evaluation technology system of geological constituency selection.The solid-free environment-friendly drilling fluid is developed and successfully applied,which lays a foundation for large-scale exploration and development and utilization of low rank CBM in Inner Mongolia.4.The demand for clean energy such as CBM in Hailar area of Inner Mongolia is increasing year by year.The main supply is long-distance transportation.The market price is high all the year round.The prospect of CBM exploration and development is broad.5.Considering the industry management system,policy support,tax subsidies and other factors,the construction of CBM demonstration area is proposed to provide strong support for the realization of distributed gas supply in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia and lay a solid foundation for further promoting the development of green and clean energy.The research results of this paper have a strong practical significance for promoting the exploration and development of low rank CBM in Hailar area of Inner Mongolia and the whole area of Inner Mongolia.
