Study On Marx And Engels’ Ecological Thought From The Perspective Of Relational Rationality

Based on the theory of Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts,this article examines the relationship between man and man,man and nature,and man and society in Marx and Engels’ ecological thought from the perspective of relational rationality.This review is based on a prerequisite reflection on the construction of contemporary ecological civilization and its purpose is to explore the human rational root of the ecological crisis.The perspective of relational rationality not only breaks through the suppression of man by nature under the perspective of "objective rationality",but also breaks through the conquest and destruction of nature by man under the perspective of "subjective rationality." It is a rational form of human understanding of ecological issues from the basis and overall meaning of the relationship between man and nature,man and man,and man and society.This paper,through the search and study of the related literature on relational rationality and Marx and Engels’ ecological thought,finds that Marx and Engels’ ecological thought is inextricably linked with relational rationality,so Marx and Engels’ ecological thought is placed under the perspective of relational rationality.Although the concept of relational rationality was clearly proposed relatively late,it has a long history.Regardless of Western contemporary philosophy,especially Western Marxist philosophy or Chinese classical philosophy,the shadow of relational rationality can be seen.At present,the research on Marx and Engels’ ecological thought has become a hot spot in the academic circles,but it is rarely studied when it is placed under the perspective of relational rationality.The study of Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts in this paper focuses on exploring the inner connection between the two from the point of agreement with relational rationality,which not only broadens the theoretical horizon of Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts,but also provides theoretical guidance for China’s the construction of ecological civilization,and provide an operable path for solving the actual ecological crisis.In addition to the introduction,this article is divided into four parts:The first part is an overview of relational rationality and Marx and Engels’ ecological thought.Through the representations of relational rationality in the fields of Western contemporary philosophy,Western Marxist philosophy and Chinese classical philosophy,this article states that relational rationality takes "relationship" as a prerequisite for measuring human behavior and value standards and has the characteristics of humanity,quasi-characteristics,"the integration of the other in the individual’s subjectivity",and "the relationship of mutual existence and interdependence".It plays an important role in establishing the "human ecology" dimension of Marx and Engels’ ecological thought,constructing the overall principle of limited existence and realizing the consciousness of "quasi-personality".At the same time it mainly expounds the theoretical connotation of Marx and Engels’ ecological thought from five aspects: ecological unity theory,ecological epistemology theory,ecological relationship theory,ecological crisis theory and ecological harmony theory,and combs that Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts have distinctive characteristics of the times,such as dialectical unity,system integrity and historical interconnection.Through the internal logic analysis of relational rationality and Marx and Engels’ ecological thought,it expounds the relational rational consciousness of Marx and Engels’ ecological thought and the realizes the relational rational appeal of Marx and Engels’ ecological thought through the transformation of human thinking mode,the transformation of human existence and the transformation of human development mode.The second part is about the four dimensions of Marx and Engels’ ecological thought from the perspective of relational rationality.From the perspective of relational rationality,this paper studies the historical dimension,realistic dimension,theoretical dimension and practical dimension of the development of Marx and Engels’ ecological thought and clarifies the theoretical consciousness and historical development inevitable of relational rationality in Marx and Engels’ ecological thought.Among them,it is the historical necessity of the development of Marx and Engels’ ecological thought to explore the relational rationality from the development history of the state of human existence;it is the realistic reflection of Marx and Engels’ ecological thought to call for the relational rationality from the humanrational source of the actual ecological crisis;It is the theoretical dimension of Marx and Engels’ ecological to explain that relational rationality from the perspectives of "sustainable human development","true community",and "a kind of indirect ethics with similar characteristics";it is the practical dimension of Marx and Engels’ ecological thought to explain the rationality of relation from "reconciliation between man and nature”," reconciliation between man and man”,"reconciliation between man and society"The third part is the inheritance and development of Marx and Engels’ ecological thought from the perspective of relational rationality.this article mainly focuses on studying Western Marxism and Ecological Marxism from the perspective of inheritance and development in the West.Marcuse proposed to achieve the liberation of man through the "liberation of nature";William Rice,through a brand-new interpretation of "control of nature",pointed out that the control of nature by modern science has not weakened the control of man,but strengthened the control of man.The control of humanity has sounded the alarm for mankind to solve ecological problems;a new generation of ecological Marxists such as Pepper,Foster,and O’Connor put forward the concept of "ecological socialism",trying to construct the harmony between man and nature through a moral revolution harmony.From the perspective of inheritance and development in China,this article is mainly elaborated from five aspects: "planting trees and afforestation,greening the motherland",establishing the "basic national policy of environmental protection",implementing the "sustainable development strategy",practicing the "scientific development concept" and establishing the concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains".The inheritance and development of Marx and Engels’ ecological thought in the West and China from the perspective of relational rationality has important theoretical and practical value for us to solve the current ecological crisis and build the harmony between man and man,man and nature,and man and society.The fourth part is the contemporary value of Marx and Engels’ ecological thought from the perspective of relational rationality.From the perspective oftheoretical value,this article broadens the theoretical horizon for the study of Marx and Engels’ ecological thought,that is,the idea of "harmonious coexistence between man and nature" in the new era has broadened Marx and Engels’ ecological thinking on nature,the idea of "community with a shared future for mankind” has broadened the development of Marx and Engels’ ecological thinking,and the idea of "protecting the environment is protecting productivity" has broadened the ecology of Marx and Engels Thoughts on productivity.It provides theoretical resources for building a life community between man and nature and enriches the philosophical connotation that man and nature are a life community,it also establishes the value foundation of man and nature as a life community,and provides a methodological basis for the life community between man and nature.Meanwhile it provides theoretical guidance for China’s construction of ecological civilization,This article mainly elaborates from two aspects: providing theoretical premise and theoretical basis for the construction of ecological civilization in our country.In terms of practical value,it will help to build a beautiful China to promote green development,and to protect the ecological environment.
