With the increasing depletion and growing pollution of oil resources,the world are facing a more serious energy and environmental crisis,energy shortages of the automotive industry and environmental pollution problems having increased prominently.Governments around the world are generally aware of promoting the development of electric cars as the representative of the new energy cars and vigorously promoting the development mode transformation will effectively ease the energy crisis,promoting the harmonious development between man and nature.Electric car with electricity instead of oil,achieves "zero emissions" in the process of using,effectively reducing environmental pollution,at the same time,easing the excessive consumption of oil resources.Vigorously promoting the electric car industry is a important tool to solve the current energy and environmental issues.But during the process of large-scale electric cars connecting to the grid producing the impact of current,harmonic and reactive power will affect the power quality and threaten to the reliability of power supply and the stability of the grid.Meanwhile,the electric cars charging period after the end of the daily commute coinciding with the natural power daily load peak periods,is also one of the factors leading to grid instability.Therefore,combining the size and level of development of the distribution network,analyzing the future of electric cars affect access to regional distribution grids in all aspects of security,economy,efficiency,making investment planning and operation scheduling for electric cars accessing to the regional distribution network,on this basis,proposing control recommendations considering the impact of the distribution network construction and electric cars control recommendations,is of great significance to promote China's electric cars industry's large-scale development and the regional distribution network coordinated operation.This paper consists of three parts.First,the electric cars access to regional distribution grid impact analysis.Second,the grid coping strategies and electric cars control models after electric cars accessing into the areas.Third,considering the distribution network construction with the impact of electric cars and electric cars control recommendations.Firstly,it assesses the impact of electric cars access to regional distribution networks.Study can be divided into three parts,first,Monte Carlo probabilistic model based on trend analysis,second,the daily power demand simulation model analysis,third,electric cars operating model.First,building a model based on probability trend Monte Carlo simulation framework,as well as exploring the dimensions of the three-phase distribution network flow algorithm,are the basis of electricity demand model and operating model to build electric cars;Second,analyzing the regional distribution network through the establishment of daily electricity demand load distribution and load curve shape model;Third,establishing the electric car operation model to simulate the behavior of electric cars charging,in order to determine the regional distribution of electric cars charging requirements of grid and analyze the impact of the regional distribution of electric cars to the power grid.Secondly,studying the region coping strategies after the electric cars access the distribution network and electric cars control mode.The study can be divided into two parts,first,optimal planning model with commercial buildings interconnected electric cars,second,model of studying the regulation of electric cars based on multi-agent system.First,from the perspective of micro-grid investment planning,constructing the electric cars multi-objective programming model interconnected commercial buildings,the model considers the electric cars network bringing economic and environmental benefits and makes simulation analysis to the microgrid operation of each device decision;Second,from the perspective of distribution network operation scheduling,proposing the demand-side management programs for large-scale electric cars interconnection the network,and building multi-agent architecture electric cars charging systems for operations services to demonstrate superiority and effectiveness of multi-agent system solutions.Finally,it makes suggestions considering the impact of the development of electric cars distribution network construction and electric cars control suggestions.Contents can be divided into two parts.First,from the perspective of the distribution network,proposing regional distribution network coping strategies.Second,from the perspective of electric cars,proposing the regional distribution network coping strategies.First,in order to eliminate and weaken the adverse effects of electric cars around the future direction of the grid-smart grid,on the basis of the study the relationship between it and the electric cars,proposing the future smart grid optimization proposal with the consideration of the impact of electric cars,it aimed at achieving the coordinated development of electric cars under the premise of protecting the distribution network safety and the economic operation;Second,from the perspective of electric cars economy charging behavior,for the purpose of considering the coordination between the electric cars charging and distribution grid operation,from the aspects of electric cars charging facilities and orderly power management,it presents the electric cars control strategy,studies specific control measures and incentives approach,and proposes electric cars operable control program,having a strong practical significance.
