With the development of society,energy and environment have become common problems faced by all countries in the world.After entering the 21 st century,human beings consume more and more primary energy,and social development is increasingly dependent on fossil energy such as coal and petroleum.At the same time,the depletion of primary energy has begun to appear.The environmental problems caused by energy consumption have seriously restricted the development of countries.Countries have begun to realize the importance of improving energy efficiency and developing clean energy.In recent years,as a product of clean energy development,electric vehicles have begun to enter thousands of households.Due to their clean and flexible advantages,electric vehicles have gradually occupied a certain share in the automotive market.The popularity of electric vehicles poses tremendous opportunities and challenges for distribution network security,reliability and economy.Power companies have seized the opportunity to upgrade and upgrade the distribution network,and the active distribution network technology came into being.Relying on advanced demand side management technology,the active distribution network can realize the consumption of a large number of electric vehicles connected to the grid,and reduce the impact of grid connection of electric vehicles on grid reliability.At the same time,measures such as interruptible load management can be reduced.The impact of the peak period of power consumption on the grid line will achieve the purpose of cutting the peak and filling the valley.Therefore,it is imperative to study the comprehensive planning of the demand side management mechanism considering the grid connection of electric vehicles.According to the planning requirements of the active distribution network to absorb electric vehicles,this paper proposes a comprehensive planning scheme that considers distributed power grid integration and interruptible load management.The BP artificial neural network is used to accurately predict the typical load daily load data,and the objective function is constructed based on the principle of minimum annual comprehensive cost of the distribution network.The demand side active management cost,network loss cost,interruptible load interruption compensation cost and Environmental benefits generated by the demand side management mechanism.In the planning,according to the randomness and volatility of the load,the multi-scene probability method is proposed to solve the objective function,construct four 24-hour typical load days,and transform the uncertainty problem into a deterministic problem for analysis and calculation.Finally,using Matlab simulation software,the IEEE-33 node distribution network system is selected,and the evolution strategy algorithm is used to solve the objective function,and the optimal planning scheme to meet the economical and reliability of the active distribution network is obtained.In this plan,five planning strategies were studied,and the optimal cost and reliability comparison of each solution was used to find the optimal solution to meet the planning requirements.The research shows that the optimal planning scheme of the active distribution network considering the grid connection of electric vehicles can not only promote the consumption of electric vehicles,but also reduce the line loss,improve the capacity margin of the power grid,ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power grid,and interrupt the load.Both management and electric vehicles reduce the consumption of primary energy,thus avoiding environmental pollution and generating environmental benefits.Compared with traditional distribution networks,active distribution networks have advantages in grid reliability and stability,and can interrupt loads.The establishment of the management mechanism can more rationally guide users to use electric energy,improve the efficiency of power grid utilization,and delay the expansion of power grid lines.Therefore,this comprehensive planning study can provide reasonable advice on electric vehicle grid-connected and interruptible load management research.
