The city is the main place where people participate in production,living,consumption and transportation.The structure and form of the city are complex and varied,rational urban structure shape is helpful to the sustainable development of the city,helpful to the growth of the city’s economy population and land value;on the other hand,Non rationality of urban form will not only affect the residents’ travel,but also do not contribute to the growth of urban.At present,China economic development is in a stage of rapid,new city construction is an important direction of the country’s urban development,with the increasing migration of population and the assemble of population in cities,the scale of the city,the development of land etc will be timely adjusted.The construction of new city and the urban development axis has very important influence on the growth of the city.The construction and development of new city is originate from the development of the city,the development of the city comes from the promotion of urban economy,population,industry and transportation.Traffic axis is an important link between the main city and the new city,it not only meet the needs of travel,but also reflects the main direction of urban development;on the other hand,the secondary road intersect with the Traffic axis collect and dispersed the traffic flow,it also make the city lateral expansion comes true.The traffic flow running along the traffic axis and secondary road echoes the index of the new city,and the complex traffic flow comes from the resident trip characteristics near the road.The resident trip characteristics include:travel time,travel time consumption,trip mode and trip distance.The resident trip characteristics correlate with the resident attribute,land characteristics,traffic service and land value.The dissertation select the typical star radiation shaped city and chose the pivotal survey data,center on the economic index,new city size,new city shape trip characteristics and other influence factor.Firstly,the dissertation studies the definition,structure and development characteristics of urban space,studies the general law of the development of urban space,and then discusses the development and evolution of the star shaped radiation city and its new city.Then analyzes the main content and influencing factors of the residents travel characteristics,and selects the object area of the investigation.The development of the new city is based on the macro and micro economic development of the new city and the continuous improvement of population,land,transportation,life and infrastructure.In this paper,we choose the house price as the macro economic parameters,and according to the change of the housing price along the traffic axis,we use the Grey prediction method to combine the price index characteristics with the urban structure,then the paper uses factor analysis to combine the urban form,house price and traffic service;Then using factor analysis combined with urban structure and personal income of residents to improve the mode choice model,The star shaped radiation city based on a single center city or a radial city,A star shaped radiation city based on the single center city or the radial city.There are differences between the different area and population,but the density of the population is regular.The morphological characteristics of Metro based on the improved Markov chain decreased and increased properties of analysis and prediction method of population density,then for the residential population and differences in types,compares the rationality of population density.Based on large amounts of data analysis,combined with the spatial distribution of land use,the paper establishes the mathematical model of the population density index and the number of residents travel per unit area.Travel time,time consumption and residents’ trip starting point of the star shaped them is formed.Finally,the traffic pressure model of the radial shaped urban metro line is constructed by using the model of selection,the scale distance model,the price range model and the trip rate model.Urban growth and develop with the growth of the area,population,and the urban core grow to multi-core transition.The process of urban development is progressive and unbalanced,and the reasonable transition can ensure the sustainable development of the city.Based on the analysis of the configuration of the early stage of urban development and the characteristics of the advanced configuration of urban development,the paper analyzes the status and significance of the star shaped radiation city as a transitional form in urban development and growth.The star shaped radiation city is an important urban shape,which is the transition of the city from a single center to a multi center and a new city.In this paper,the economic function,spatial orient atio n,studie s the sustainable development model for metro,China city development characteristics under the new situation,put forward a reasonable new configuration,development mode,network density,traffic service and local traffic organization method.
