With the continuous development of social economy and the gradual increase of car ownership, traffic safety problems are becoming more and more serious.More and more road accidents cause serious casualties and property losses.Traffic accidents are usually related to people, vehicles, roads and environmental factors, among which traffic accidents caused by human factors account for most of the proportion. The driver's dangerous driving behavior and poor driving skills are the main causes of traffic accidents, while driving behavior and driving skills are also affected by the driver's physiological factors in an instant and a long-term impact.Physiological factors refer to the driver activities of the human body and internal organs function and various physiological causes(e.g.,gender,physical strength, vision and driving action features),its impact on driving behavior cannot be ignored. This paper is based on the questionnaire survey method, the driving behavior of driver and driving skills survey, supplemented by physiological factors to analyze the daily driving behavior, influence of physiological factors on driving behavior and risk perception.Based on the analysis of physiological factors and driving behavior of domestic and foreign research results, the driver behavior questionnaire, driving skill questionnaire and physiological assessment scale, carried on the investigation to the occupation and non-occupation drivers, correlation analysis was used on the driver of non-occupation myopia and suffer from obstructive sleep apnea syndrome occupation drivers, and suffering from musculoskeletal disorders occupation driver physiological factors and driving behavior, respectively. The quality of life of myopic drivers significantly influences their driving ability and risk perception ability.Drivers with high quality of life have higher driving ability and risk perception ability than those with low quality of life, and the quality of life has more influence on driving ability and risk perception than other factors. At the same time, drivers with high myopia have lower risk of driving at night and have less driving ability than those with low myopia.Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSA)has a significant impact on the two aspects of memory loss and risk perception reduction in professional drivers.Drivers with high-risk OSA have more dangerous driving behaviors, and their driving skills are relatively weaker than those with low-risk OSA drivers.Effect of OSA on the day-shift drivers in the driving process of daily memory loss and risk perception significantly, and night-shift drivers with OSA high-risk have less concentration of attention than night-shift drivers with OSA low-risk.In driving skills, the driving skills of OSA high-risk taxi drivers are generally weaker than those of OSA and low-risk drivers.Drivers suffering from musculoskeletal disorders(MSD)has a significant positive correlation between the severity of the disorder and abnormal driving behavior in general errors and hazard errors driving behavior. The higher severity of the MSD,the higher the frequency of error driving behavior.MSD can be used as independent variable to predict driver's general errors and hazard errors. In addition, age, driving years, mood, driving skills will influence abnormal driving behavior.
