The natural stones as typical hard and brittle materials,have complex physical and chemical composition and difficult machining characteristics.At the same time,the diversity,complexity and artistry of the processed stone products put forward higher requirements on the motion performance and dynamic characteristics of the mechanical systems.The traditional cutting theory and equipment technology of metal materials can't fully meet the higher speed,higher efficiency and green processing requirements of the stone industry.In this paper,the process mechanism of saw-milling composite machining of stone was analyzed,and the basic theory and experimental research on the design and process technology of multi-functional composite machining equipment for special-shaped stone products was carried out,mainly including:In this paper,the material removal mechanism and cutting process characteristics of stone are analyzed.By means of theoretical analysis,simulation and experimental research,and the cutting force characteristics in the sawing arc area are analyzed by using the multi-component rotating force measuring system.The results show that the cutting force increases with the increase of the cutting thickness and the feed velocity.The average deviation of the mathematical model of sawing force is 2.53%.The feasibility of high speed cutting of natural marble with CVD diamond coated cutters is explored.The results show that the natural stone has undergone elastoplastic deformation,crinkle fracturing,brittle removal and volume crushing material removal.CVD diamond coating film can significantly improve tool cutting ability,cutting process characteristics and cutting surface quality.Based on kinematics analysis of saw and milling technology of shaped stone products,this paper analyzes the feasible region of machine tool motion axis conFig.uration,puts forward a design model of saw and milling processing center for shaped stone products with "eight-axis double five-linkage function",and the modular design method of processing center based on product family design been proposed also.In view of the special kinematic characteristics of the cutting process,based on engineering analogy analysis,put forward a kind of"single driver can be divided into degree of composite cutting features",solved the sawing and milling composite multi-function,milling machine small space and the contradiction between large torque,multiple cutting,realized the high precision indexing and 7 mechanical lock.The maximum equivalent stress of the spindle was reduced by 31.3%.and the static stiffness was increased by 13.4%.Based on the dynamic analysis of the prototype,the paper applied the variable density interpolation algorithm to optimize the structure topology of the casting bed.and developed the second generation of welding saw and milling machining center for special?shaped stone,which reduced the quality of the machine by 54.98%and increased the rigidity by 30.3%.After precision analysis and compensation,the precision of each movement axis of the machine tool meets the requirements of the complex machining of special-shaped stone sawing and milling,according to which the product precision testing standard of the machine tool is esTable lished,which promotes the industrialization of the complex machining center of special-shaped sawing and milling.In this paper,the research and development of the key technical problems of the composite processing technology of saw and milling for special-shaped stone materials are carried out.the 3d reverse forming three-dimensional sculpture products,data split and accuracy analysis method were studied,and the data fitting algorithm based on three benchmarks split the influence factors of accuracy of the model were analyzed.The five-axis post-processor algorithm for the sawing and milling machining center were researched and tested through the actual processing experiment.The machining ability of the complex machining center for saw and milling of special-shaped stone was verified.This paper studies the digital rmodeling process of plane relief products and proposes a sawing processing algorithm based on the method of cross-section line of the path of the cutter contact.By adj usting the diameter and step length of the saw blade to meet the minimum machining curvature requirement of the section line,the tool path was fitted and verified in the actual machining.By using the saw milling compound machining technology for the complex profiled stone products,the processing efficiency of the products is increased by more than 6 times,and the average deviation is less than 0.929mm,which meets the precision requirements for the processing of stone products.
