With the informatization of railway construction in China as the background,taking into account the needs and functions of high speed railway signal centralized monitoring(CSM)in China,this thesis focuses on the research of intelligent operation and maintenance management platform of railway signal equipment.At present,what China's railway signal monitoring systems lack are comprehensive diagnosis and analysis of data,centralized maintenance of electronic equipment such as intelligent subsystems,and effective supervision and management of fault and abnormal information of electrical equipment.Without giving full play to the value of each maintenance system of electrical equipment,it is needed to carry on furtherexploration and discussion.In order to give full play to the basic and leading role of information technology,implement the big data strategy,accelerate the development of the new generation of information technology and railway,and vigorously promote the construction of digital,information-based and intelligent railway construction,China needs to improve the level of safety supervision automation in an all-round way: the application and migration.The technology of dynamic interconnection and intelligent perception deepens the application of professional safety monitoring and monitoring,and establishes a safety supervision information system which integrates monitoring,monitoring and management to realize the real-time monitoring and monitoring of the dynamic information of safety production.On the intelligent operation and maintenance management platform,the monitoring sensor for railway signal equipmentis used as the perceptual layer,and the network layer is constructedby wireless network technology.With the use the fuzzy set model of the prior probability industry tolerance relation and the ID3 algorithm which is improved and simplified by the attribute importance and convex function,based on the large data analysis technology and the actual situation,the application layer is established.Combined with big data analysis,the intelligent integrated operation and maintenance management platform of railway electricity service is realized,which is able to perform self-inspection and self-diagnosis.In terms of algorithm,an improved assignment tolerance relation model is proposed in this thesis.This model can overcome the shortcomings of classical tolerance relations to a certain extent,and effectively express the internal relationship of incomplete information systems.On this basis,there has been a further study of the distributed attribute reduction of the improved assignment tolerance relation model,and an attribute reduction algorithm based on discernibility matrix.The example analysis shows that the improved tolerance relation model and the attribute reduction algorithm proposed can effectively handle incomplete information system.Meanwhile,the ID3 algorithm is also studied in this paper.Compared with the traditional ID3 algorithm,the optimized ID3 algorithm has higher average classification accuracy.At the same time,it has fewer decision leaves,so it reduces the complexity.It is also pointed out that,for the same size data set,the optimization algorithm takes less time than the traditional algorithm when constructing the decision tree,showing that the optimization algorithm greatly improves the construction efficiency.Especially when the data set is bigger,the efficiency and performance of the ID3 algorithm is better,so it has a more obvious advantage.In order to make better the application of the first line business,this paper analyzes the daily business of railway electric service section.Through the understanding of the demands,the function of the necessary and the mobile terminal in the information system is clarified.Through these functions,the convenience of the use of the information system for the front-line workers can be effectively improved.This paper illustrates the effectiveness and executability of the decision service system of electric service maintenance by the analysis of business,the collation of demands,the design of the system,and the realization of the function.To sum up,this paper,with the background of informatization of railway construction,aims to study the realization of railway signal centralized monitoring system.The exploring and perspective research on the field of railway signal intelligent monitoring in China has been performed based on the combination of theoretical modeling and software platform development.In particular,the improved assignment tolerance model and the optimized ID3 algorithm provide the latest theoretical support for the self-examination and self-decision making of the signal system,which brings a new prospect for the application of intelligent operation and maintenance of electrical affairs.
