Military idea and war theory had changed greatly on account of the rapid development of modern science and technology and its application widely in the area of military. Morever, it accelerates to advance the new military method and theory. Multiform military manoeuvres were carried out in many countries to predict and get know the characteristics and rules of the war in the future. However, the military manoeuvres cannot display the cruelty and great damage of war really and completely. It is possible to simulate the great costly damage, implementation of maintenance units using the computer simulation technology maturing day by day.At present, the theory of battlefield damage assessment and repair using computer simulation technology had made a rapid progress. Because he war is dymanic, realtime, complicate and unpredict, it is so difficult to study the maintenance equipment in wartime using computer simulation, that this study is less and its level is lower and cann't meet with the necessary of fact.In this paper, Some key problems on maintenance theory of armored equipment in wartime are explored and studied using computer simulation. Based on the rules of armed equipment war damage, we established several random models of main factors which illustrate the distribution rules including of time, space, degree, proposed the random simulation of the process of war damage based on the Monte Carlo method, built a research platform about armored equipment war damage in wartime, constructed a comprehensive and abundant database according to some real data of war, solve the problems of less of enough information to display the war and huge waste brought by the conditional method, provided a new way and useful information to study the maintenance equipment in wartime.Disscussing 4 key points of maintenance equipment in wartime, we propaosed a new war damage classification method named 6 class 5 lever in this paper. Using the simulation method for discrete affairs, we simulated the scheduling processs of maintenance teams in wartime, discuss the main factors influencing the efficiency of repair by the simulateion results. The conclusion that assignment optimization is the best measure to increase the system efficiency was drawn.In the study of assignment optimization problem that time effectiveness has priority, the non-equilibrium dynamically assignment was proposed. Based on the dynamically assignment, double direction optimization was realized, improving the algorithm that simple event has priority. Because of the difficulty of multi-object optimization, particle swarm optimization algorithm was adapted to explore the double object optimization of effectiveness of time and load equilibrium, and compared with FCFS. The simulation results show the method we proposed in this paper improves the scheduling deformance greatly.During the whole study, the certain army corps of the Chinese People'S Liberation Army gives the great support, and part of research results have been applicated in the "Equipment Management Information System" of the group army corps.
