Discrete manufacturing production has become the main body of the industrial production at present,because it have the complex characteristics of the manufacturing resource diversity and the production process flexibility,it making the production management of discrete manufacturing has become a difficult problem in the manufacturing research field.In order to realize the manufacturing resources effective management and production process effective control in discrete manufacturing production,the majority of enterprises and research institutions try to use networking technologies to realize the interconnection of manufacturing resources,so as to construct the discrete manufacturing manufacturing execution system(MES),realize the effective control and management of staff,materials,equipment and production process in manufacturing system,to achieve the efficiency manufacturing,low cost and rationalization production cycle targets in manufacturing.But after years research,we found that because the technology of Internet of things(IoF)and computer becomes more and more mature,construction the MES based on the IoF technology is not a problem,but due to the discrete manufacturing existence the characteristics of manufacturing information uncertainty and the production environment diversity,the data collected by MES have species diversity,properties difference and time lag characteristics,is very difficult to provide a reliable basis to decision-making system,which restricts the accuracy and real-time performance in the decision-making system.Therefore,how to eliminate the difference during the production data of the similar equipment in production due to the difference of the equipment performance and working environment,has become most difficult problems in discrete manufacturing execution system to realize the production resources rational allocation,production scheduling optimized design and the production process effectively and real-time control.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the discrete manufacturing and research of Internet of things technology,this article summarized the characteristics of the test data collected by discrete manufacturing execution system,after researched the application process and the fusion effect of the commonly difference data fusion algorithm,then put out the difference data fusion algorithm used in the discrete manufacturing system based on the fractional order partial differential equations compared with other algorithms,and verify the accuracy and reliability of it.The main research work and results are summarized as follows:1.Study on the production characteristics of discrete manufacturing.Through analyse the "multi varieties and small batch production”characteristic of discrete manufacturing and research on surrounding discrete manufacturing enterprises,then concluded that the discrete manufacturing exist the following features:①The diversity of product kinds lead to the diversity of production process and the diversity of manufacturing resources;②The diversity of manufacturing resources lead to the diversity of production information and data;③The uncertainty of the market information to lead to the uncertainty of information production.2.Analyzed the characteristics of data collected by discrete manufacturing execution system.According to the characteristics of discrete manufacturing production,it is concluded that the production data collected by discrete manufacturing execution have the following characteristics:①Diversity of the manufacturing resources lead to the diversity of detection information;②the differences in performance between similar manufacturing resources and testing equipments makes the measured data have differences;③The discrete distribution of manufacturing resources lead to the dfferences in the working environment and the distance of information transmission of each detection point,it lead to the measurement error of each dtection point have differences.3.Research on Difference detection data fusion technology.The research status and existing problems of the data fusion algorithm of differential detection at home and abroad at present are analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of common data algorithms such as Bias estimation method,D-S evidential reasoning method,fuzzy logic method and neural network method in difference detection data fused treatment are discussed,the application effect and deficiency of the above algorithms in discrete manufacturing test data processing are studied.4.Through the research on the theory of fractional calculus,the application effect of fractional calculus algorithm in differential detection data fusion and its deficiency in discrete manufacturing difference detection data fusion processing is discussed.Finally,it proposes the concept that using the fractional partial differential algorithm to deal with the difference detection data of discrete manufacturing,then established the discrete manufacturing difference detection data fusion algorithm model based on fractional partial differential equation,and through example verified the advantages of this algorithm.5.Summarized the research results,prospected the research direction and focus of the discrete manufacturing execution system based on Internet of things.
