At present,the main issues of irregular flight schedule recovery is to quickly provide a recovery plan with minimum flight recovery value,but ignore the influence flight scope and the influence flight depth;From the actual operating point of the airline,the influence flight scope,the influence flight depth,calculation time,potential influence range and recovery value need to be taken into account,and airspace capacity and flow control should be considered.Therefore the controllability of flight schedule recovery will be focused on in this paper,the emphasis is how to control the influence flight scope,the influence flight depth,the calculation time,the potential flight influence range and recovery value.Furthermore,the controllable model of irrehular flight schedule recovery is constructed considering flow restrictions.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The calculation method of flight delay in two kinds of angles is studied.First of all,through the study of typical flight production activities and typical air passenger trip,the factors related to irregular flight are provided.Secondly,through the critical time point diagram of flight production,the key points of time difference between passenger angle flight delay and statistical flight delay are analyzed.Finally,two kinds of flight delays are calculated by the examples,and the delay time difference is verified,so as to determine the flight delay calculation method.(2)The controllability strategy of irregular flight schedule recovery is studied.First the critical sequence selection rule and the weight calculation method of flight influence quantity are established for the irregular flight schedule recovery.Secondly,The difference between time-band space network and time-point space network is analyzed.Finally,the computational complexity of time-point space network is analyzed,and two controllable strategies of simple group cycle and deep occlusion are designed to reduce the computational complexity,and examples are given to illustrate how to implement the controllability strategy.(3)The recovery model for irregular flight schedule is constructed based on controllable strategy.First of all,the objectives and constraints of recovery model for irregular flight schedule is analyzed.Secondly,the calculation of flight delay costs and flight cancellations costs is studied.Again,using the simple group cycle strategy and depth blocking strategy,the recovery model for irregular flight schedule based on simple group cycle and the weighted recovery model for irregular flight schedule based on depth blocking are constructed.Finally,many simulation experiments are carried out for two controllable flight schedule recovery models.The results show the feasibility of controlling the influence flight scope,the influence flight depth,calculation time,potential influence range and recovery value by the threshold.It also shows that the airline operations control center can use the threshold and the critical sequence selection rule to determine the appropriate recovery plan;The shorter depth blocking strategy can achieve faster computing time and shorter flight delay time,but also may bring some flight cancellations and total recovery costs rise,while longer depth blocking will basically lose the blocking value.(4)The clustering of terminal area traffic and the controllable recovery model for the irregular flight schedule with flow restrictions are studied.Firstly,the influence factors of terminal area capacity and flow are analyzed.Secondly,according to the operation data of capacity and actual flow,the actual terminal area flow clustering is constructed,and the actual flow assignment algorithm is given when the capacity and flow changes.Finally,a controllable recovery model for irregular flight schedule with the flow limitation is constructed,and many simulation experiments are carried out.The results show that the optimal recovery plan without considering the flow limitation may cause a large number of flight flow control in actual implementation.
